Talking of Zach Ellwood, I noticed he has a small ebook out called 'Reading Poker Tells in $1-2 No-Limit Cash Games: An Examination of 35 Hands' which is £6.58 on Amazon. He is a smart guy but I haven't read that one, his other material is useful.
