I am trying to do some research for a xmas present for a friend, who loves his marvel/ dc comics. He also mentioned dark horse comics and how they went out of business so they are worth much more? His fave characters are Cable, Wolverine and Deadpool. Any comic enthusiasts know where the best place to start is? I dont want to spend a fortune and maybe looking for an original comic or two. Please help. Otherwise most towns tend to have a comic shop and they would be owned by an expert in most cases.
