The Easter Beast, Summer Sizzler and Christmas Cracker all return. They each cover seven regions, each featuring a £115 buy-in tournament with £20,000 guaranteed prize pools. This format sees players play Day 1 across seven regions before combining for Day 2 to play the tournament out for the title. Lots of regional events with multiple Day 1 venues - each regional has a set Day 2 venue on Bank Holiday Monday (unless you are in Yorkshire or Scotland, where Day 2 is @ Leeds on Sunday). It's a series of regional tournaments, but they don't all end up in one final. The regional day 2's are, in, effect, all "finals". So all the finals, (Cept Scotland) are on the same day, so the punters can't play more than one event and the staff can't be shared around? Brilliant!
