So, we are led to believe that the Earth is round but some of my childhood heroes are offering some different opinions.

I don’t believe the earth is flat, but I do believe the we have been genetically engineered by a far advanced civilisation

I should have wrote more....

So I/we believe that there is an older civilisation. A civilisation very similar to our more advanced in their thinking but less advanced in their genetic makeup.

That civilisation realised that they would eventually become extinct through natural causes and set forth to become a multi planetary species. They terraformed many planets and placed the perfect genetically modified species on each planet that would adapt to the planets environment and resource. They formed small colonies on each planet and guided the genetically modified in survival and the quest for knowledge.

The older civilisation eventually became extinct through a series of inbreeding and environmental deficiencies. They left their knowledge with scholars and scientists who took control and became drunk on power. Where we were designed to be the best of the best, physically, mentally and emotionally these scholars started using their advance knowledge to control us through various different outlets. Not for money but for control.

The scholars and scientists formed a secret society, an impenetrable society, an elite society who are only accountable to each other and use their knowledge as power and control the us humans.

This is 100% fiction and I made it up on the spot right now and have typed it as I thought it... I haven’t proof read it at all and I am about to click publish...

It’s to late.... They don’t have nurses in the compound my brain is in... Actually they do have nurses, but not for what you’re thinking ;)

Sounds like an invitation for me to carry on..

So this older and more advanced race put technology in place which we now think is energy. The technology does everything from attract humans to each other for the purpose of procreation and also enrage humans for the purpose of destruction. The technology is perfect and works on a quantum level.

Few have been able to manipulate this technology because it is programmed within our DNA and when they do they become advanced and powerful beyond measure. The status quo is occasionally broken by such beings but when this happens the scholars of old take 180 years and erase all knowledge of these beings and restart the cycle of knowledge by teaching humans a regressed level of life.

Advanced beings from other colonies “Survivors” as you might call them visit this planet from time to time to check on evolution of humans molecular structures and to manage the scholars of old. 3 cycles ago a faction of scholars broke off and went underground. Their aim was to disrupt the cycles and to allow the humans to gain old knowledge of new technologies. They leave tablets, paintings, sculptures and structures things that are inexplicable by time with the hope one day the humans will be free of their scholar masters.... Kaboooom
