Title: Vinny’s World Series Of Very Amateur Online Poker
Post by: AlbusFawkes on March 20, 2020, 11:36:37 PM
In these desperate times, we all need a goal, therefore I am setting up:

Vinny’s World Series Of Very Amateur Online Poker

This will be run on the EHG Pokerstars Home Game from tomorrow.
There will be a varied schedule with many different poker games. These will run in the evenings with two games a night.
All are welcome, the more the merrier. Games will either be £5 or £10 with a £20 game to conclude the series on Sunday 5th April.

To join the club, the club ID is 56427 invitation code EHGFORUM.

Hoping you can all join in the fun.

If sufficient interest, I will look to create further games.

If I can manage to get a few hours I'm in to donate :)

Have told a few of my friends from KK about it as well, but think they're all having FB discos this weekend.

Well I would if I could navigate pokerstars after a 3-year hiatus.

Can't even escape the filters and find all private games.

See you guys soon.

In for a bit of horse-fishiness - I'm only proficient at about half of the games but looking forward to it.

It was good fun.

I hopefully will be around to donate to tonight's cause. Pretty sure I can play at least 4 of the 8 games, so seems good enough for me!

Won the NLHE and got a very cheeky 3rd in the O8.
Didn’t realise that was NL at first. Got reduced to not many chips because I still don’t really understand Omaha, let alone O8, but once I caught on to the fact that all in was an option it got a lot more fun...

Apologies to all who suffered at my hands.

Well played last night David - you beat my cuzzin in the NLHE.

Looking forward to the mixed O8 this evening.

This has been a welcome distraction Albus.

Enjoyed the mixed O8 although was expecting more than just PLO8 and LimitO8 - perhaps you could add bigO next time.

I managed to blow the chip-lead 3-handed after a massive 3-way allin when I missed both nfd and nld and the ice-cream rivered quads.

Another enjoyable game with a lot of old friends/acquaintances.

What’s on tonight?

I know I could go and look, but launching my elderly laptop is a very time-consuming task. Besides, it’s in the other room.

I inherited it from My Very Impatient Dad...

Wanted to add Big O but limited by what is available from Stars - no choucheval either. Pretty much every option has been used in week 1 (except Badugi).

Well done on your cash.

Bit of a cooler for sure. Would love to play more. But the stud games in particular are hard to multitable.

Is it finishing on Sunday or carry on next week too?

If it is finishing then should do Blonde Series of Poker :)

I will be continuing but with a reduced schedule to include rest days. Also APAT have a number of games running on Party from Monday (in lobby already).

I'd be in for that at a similar price-range as I'm sure would many others.
