Title: RSQ rd 20198467 by HutchGF
Post by: HutchGF on April 27, 2020, 09:35:55 PM
It falls to me for this week's lockdown inspired all new and unrevamped Reverse Sheep Quiz. I've shamelessly nicked Karmadope's opening blurb (and probably his reveal gadget) from last week.

Reveal 7.30pm Sunday, deadline 2pm Sunday.

10 questions.

No google or other research.

Score for each question is amount of people who gave the same correct answer. Similar answers may be grouped together where appropriate.

Lowest score wins.

Wrong answer? Lots of points. (For nerds: highest scoring answer + half rounded up of unique correct answers)

You get 1 pass - you will score 0 for that question. If you don't use it and still win then you can feel really proud of yourself.

PM me your answers.

1. Name of one of the top 10 animated films of all time in terms of ratings by IMDB
2. Name one of the top 10 scoring ODI batsman of all time, as per cricinfo
3. A component of the UK version of a Big Mac from Mcdonalds.
4. Using the Pointless definition of a country, identify a capital city that starts with the letter H, G or F.
5. A UK top 10 single by The Prodigy.
6. Name a character in the US version of The Office that appeared in more  than 100 episodes.
7. Name one of the top 10 'crazy' moments of the Premier League as ranked on Match of the Day by Lineker et al last week.
8. Name something that Right Said Fred 'are too sexy for'?
9. A variant of poker played regularly in the Blackpool Dealers Choice game.
Maverick Question...
10. I work as a Science teacher in an 11-18 secondary school. For each class experiment I have to order equipment/chemicals that are stored in the prep room. However, there are certain pieces of experimental equipment that live in my lab. Name one of these piece of equipment (Please note, I am not counting materials that would be found in a normal classroom but purely pieces of equipment used for school Science lessons that are stored in my lab).

9. A variant of poker played regularly in the Blackpool Dealers Choice game.
No link here - you will have to take my word for it as a regular in the game for close to 15 years.

The key word in the question is ‘regularly.’ As an example, Holdem is a legal, selectable game but is never chosen so would be classed as incorrect here. Badugi/Badeucey don't get played here, we play Padooki and Padeucey.

A ridiculous quiz. "you'll have to take my word for it" on questions we can't possibly know. Love it.

Scoring is all wrong though. You've not done incorrect answers correctly. On question 1 for instance all the wrong answers should score 2.

Highest scoring answer: 1
Number of unique correct answers: 2

1 + (0.5 * 2) = 2
