Title: Shout Out - to Pokerstars support Post by: mikeymike2 on August 14, 2020, 12:26:31 PM I had an issue with some reward that I was meant to get and did not - I was not a happy bunny and went back saying so - anyway got kicked up the support chain of command .
They kind of admitted it was a misunderstanding and gave me the reward - what was interesting was the response times 2 days to tell me they had credited the reward when I emailed them back to say there was nothing there less than 1 hour for them to say tough they had taken it back 2 days to reply saying sorry reward was back in my account So with a bit of perseverance and getting the right support person we ended up a winner or rather a loser those $25 spins sure go fast Title: Re: Shout Out - to Pokerstars support Post by: bergeroo on August 14, 2020, 03:12:15 PM pretty good brag to actually get a reply. 10 days and no reply whatsoever for me a couple of times. Only thing that works is embarrassing them on twitter.
