I have to warn you all now, i have knackerd my foot and so am limping everywhere (no puns) i will try to be as efficent as possible but it wont be as good as usual i am afraid, and clearly our priority is with the Final of the 4k.

However any requests i will chase up, a whole load of blonde intrest in this....

Nun i passed on your gl wish to Craig, he said ty and straight away doubled up! He limped with 4's, the table maniac raised he called. The flop came 974 he lead out, mateyboy raised he moved in and got a call. Mateyboy missed a flush draw and Craig is on 10k.

Evreyone else is still pretty much around the 5k starting stack apart from Smoking Steve on 2500 and Bad Girl on 9000!

I don't see Thewy in his seat anymore, i will try to find out if he was moved or eliminated.

For now though i have some pics for you all.

Here we go then, the 1000 in full swing with the TV table being setup in the background.

Play spot the blondites, how many can you see in the picture?

Roland is sat to the right of El Blondie. Not exactly the look of a happy face!

Still he has over 200 runners to get through so who can blame him!

Willie really is on top form today, he was asking the dealer for a low flop, apparently the 863 was still not low enough to get him to play!

For information only, I have been inundated with requests asking to know by how many games I thrashed Fushy Fish at in last nights Heads-Up Challenge.

Technically, I won 5-0, as he bottled it, giving me victory by default, but I shan't claim what would be a hollow victory.

I was slightly surprised he ducked it, though,.....

I don't think he's ready for me.

I have just been speaking with Lord Wernick of TV bubble land, he has cruely been given a seat right next to the tv table with a lovely view of the action, he is finding it hard to concentrate on the 1000 when he is constantly reminded of how close he came to his shot of 500,000!

Still he has 3000, and you can never count him out!

Now for the truth......

We decided to retreat to the hotel but then noticed that El Blondie, Smokin Steve, River Dave and I know It were doing well in the 500 so we stayed to watch, we got a rather long ear bashing from a rather drunk irish player, naming no names, but suffice to say he was very drunk and was ejected from the cardroom!

So by the time we eventually got back to the hotel it was way passed Grandad's bedtime and he opted to run and hide.

I know he wants to avoid the inevitable but today i have come armed with chips and cards so the old fella can no longer hide!

Yeah i am sure he is both happy and gutted.

There doesn't see, to be much intrest in the 1000 at the moment, i will resume updates once we get down to less tables.

Ok since the last break we have restarted on 200-400 with a 50 ante, they are playing off a 40 minute clock and we are down to 100 players so the average is about 10k.

Just been on a hunt around this more manageable number of runners and have this for you:

Peter Evans on 10,000
I know It 3,000
Vicky C 5,000

Then these 4 all sat next to eachother....
Julian 'yoyo' Thew 5000
Cus Hansen (dunno his real name but he is Gus' cousin) 25,000
Neil Channing 28,000
Mad Turk 9,000

Neil and Hansen are big leaders in the comp.

Bad Girl 17,000
John Gale 7,000
Martin Green 7,500
Marcel Luske 15,000

I have just bumped into a blondite who i had no idea was here, one Mr JimJamJay!

He is on 9k in the freezeout, apparently he departed the main event with QQ vs A6, ouch!

Also just seen Willie Tann depart, a shortish player raised UTG, all fold to Willie in the SB who moves in, the BB who is chipped up then calls, the UTG player now also calls.

Willie has AKc
BB has QQ
UTG AQ

The flop, Jc 9c 9s

Turn 4d
