But when we had that electrical storm the other night, it went all flakey, & it's misbehaving today. I rung BT Technical Help, got through to India, they asked really daft questions like "is it plugged in?". Most helpful....... When I had a problem with my line (took them ages to sort out) I found out an interesting fact. BT engineers have the same trouble we do when ringing BT. The engineer either got to speak to a computer which would not connect him to who he wanted to speak to or he had to ring an indian call center where neither of them could understand each other. He has recently been improving his live game in Vegas but does pop back to play the odd tourny at Salford or Blackpool. He may not have the pedigree but he won't freeze i'm show and he certainly won't be bullied.
