THANKS for all your wicked comments.  I just got home and i have never been so shattered in all my life.  It was an amazing experience which i will go into (im sure) in more detail when i have the use of all my faculities.  Obviously i didnt make it to the final but i am MORE than happy with the way things turned out.  I just wanted to play a good game, not make a fool of myself and hopefully gain some respect.  I think i did all that and with Roy Brindley as the commentary i knew i had to DO stuff.  I dont want to say too much and spoil it for when it airs, but let's just say all my cards were premium cards  :kiv:

They tell me its on Challenge TV starting on April 3rd and showing 1 heat a night until the final.  If the heats go in order then that means i will be on 2 nights in a row!! hehe. Shattered so be back when i have come off the ceiling.

Congratulations Maria on the well deserved first place in the semi final - you played spectacularly and are clearly a big name for the future - starting now !!

Just to let you know, Claire finished 2nd in the Grand Final - her game actually upped about 10 gears and played out of her skin - she went into the heads up with a 2.5-1 chip disadvantage, but eventually lost against a 12 outer on the river which would of put her slight chip leader.

Anyway, congratulations on the purse and look forward to sharing a few more bottles of champagne in the future.
