I 24 table NL cash games and used to do it in stts. It is a lot easier to do 24 tables stt's as it is all just ICM and pushing/calling ranges

It really depends on how likely you think you are to get overcalls behind you from worse draws. I would raise this most of the time and cap if 3-bet

If you're not going to put your money in when you hit your miracle flop why call preflop?

Stop and go is the best play here IMO
