think you're just too shallow back to warrant him folding anything he bet for value except KT/K9/K3 even if you only have exactly 3 bluff combos of AcKx (he might think you have AcQx AcJx also)

WE NEED 519
fair enough taking 10% rake on a live tournament but it's a bit sneaky advertising a $530 buy in, no mention of the rake, and it actually being $49 of rake from that. $530 is a standard $500+$30 deal online so it's a bit misleading and i can't see any mention of it being $49 rake on the advertising, although i potentially have missed it being clear somewhere, just using this thread as reference there is zero mention.

when you put the qualifiers into saturday by default surely this problem should have been spotted several weeks ago? inventing a day 1D when facing a likely £100k-£200k overlay with 24 hours to go doesn't seem completely legit to me...
The invention of 1D is to purely accommodate everyone. Rob made the decision having looked at the figures. Yesterday at the end of Late Reg only 24 players had been eliminated. So roughly 10% of the field. With the tournament being next day 're entry only we are only talking about a very very few amount of players that can actually even consider playing more than one flight today anyway. All Rob has done is requested that some people move to the latter flight to minimise any chance of an alternates list and queues right but this was obviously going to be the case when you put the qualifiers into the 1c flight so why not arrange and advertise a 1d weeks ago? they could probably have even made it/added a turbo flight saturday night/sunday morning. just seems weird they got this 1c (and imo the structure) wrong when i know they put a lot of planning into these great festivals

from the outset there were other tactics that could have been employed such as same day re-entry, faster structure early doors, or just simply a lower guarantee. i appreciate that you couldn't change any of these once the tournament started but these aren't shocking new developments they were all fairly obvious. i doubt the 4pm flight will draw a huge amount of uniques, it's more likely a last chance re-entry for those that have busted in order to cut the overlay.

weird structure, agonisingly slow for 9 levels then too quick in the last 3 or 4 levels
was similar in the 2k. i dont mind having bigger starting stacks if thats what people want but we really dont need to be 500bb deep ever. imo if 50k stacks then we should be starting @ 100/200 (with 25 antes would make it even better but fine without if it has to be that way for the main). it's a waste of everyone's time in those first few levels, and particularly for re-entry events we should be encouraging a bit more action early. would also encourage people to register on time, although again this might only be an issue in side events.

they need every structure and payout approved for each event by the nevada gaming board before they can run with it apparently which sounds tedious.

Have backed Kaki De Le Pree for the Welsh National.
Gonna have a feather weight and seems to run his race every time.
Looked tailor made for this for some while. Has a Cheppy win under his belt and looks to be the sort of grinder that will love the step up from 3miles.
14s only left wth Lads. EW naturally.
pulled from the race today, not right at home apparently.
