Depends whether it impacts future earnings. If you don't earn some amount because you go to the final, then it's a relatively small one-off cost. If it impacts your reputation and likelihood of getting future work then it is significantly more costly.

That's what happened when the weather caused blanks in previous years.

They've credited it as a 0-0, so cleanies for defenders. I can't see it lasting. Almost certainly not another GW. They might include scores from the rearranged game (if it happens) in this GW, but I think it will be zeroes for all involved.
