Cheers Arb , i do use that site but i find it freezes quite often for me.

It does but not enough to ever worry about using it for free.   Id never ever pay for Sky sports again.  Amazed as many people do given how little they actually show and how much stuff is shown on bookie sites for free nowadays on top of these illegal streams.  I much prefer the different comms especially on the EPL from USA/arab streams than the sky sports crew.

Wadey must be the 100/1 fav! for the goliath with that stack just as day 2 commences.  1125 players through. 1000 get paid.  £220k to the winner

Without realising it, I’ve converted to “cashless” in the last few years, I now use plastic or Online for everything. I have had a solitary £20 note in my back pocket for months without ever using it. Even the window-cleaner is “cashless”.

Lifetime, since I started earning decent money in my twenties & thirties, I’ve always enjoyed the feel of carrying a nice wedge of folding in my back pocket, but that’s all gone now. Partly an ego thing I suppose, Billy Big Bollox, it gave me a good feeling, especially as in my earlier life I’d never had any money. Course, I’ve wasted & frittered most of it, but that’s another story altogether…

Anyway, for Vegas I took dollars – real dollars, proper folding, & I suddenly realised how much I miss using cash & carrying a wedge. I got it a few weeks ago, & amused myself almost nightly by sitting at home counting it like a little old miser. Weird but true. US Dollars have a lovely smell too, though I don’t generally sit there sniffing it.

Just to be contrary, I don’t use ANY plastic or Online cash in Vegas, just dollar bills. And I love it, peeling off a few hundo like a dude every chance I get. Once a year, it can do no harm.

I am happy to admit i love counting readies and always have a chunk on me at home and outside.  I was told right at the start of my online punting career by a dinosaur 'if you going to do it online have a chunk of cash next to your desk so you can sit and look at it when you hit the raise or bet button' ive always done that and never got out of the habit of it as weird as it sounds.  I still buy most things in cash wherever possible.

An interesting read on the PDC Q school:

Looking back 3.5 years this picture now has a lady with an mbe and a close look in the background one of the players went through q school and won a PDC tv major this year at Butlins.  There is hope for the builders and warehouse workers yet it seems.

Just realised the best darts rankings site online is also as good for tennis entries!

Is the queens singles entry list out yet?  Used to be the best non masters series event of the year for me 15+ years ago.  Dropped off massively since then.   Bar Federer they virtually all turned up to play it.

Why would you pay anything to watch any sport?  I watch it all here for free week after week with no fees at all.

way too modest one of the all time cheltenham tipping efforts in history.  If anyone randomly had a 20p combo lucky 63 today across your picks its happy days!  Hardly like you had 4 in each race either!

i doubt many punters in history have had 11/1 twice 20/1 and 40/1 win at the same meeting.  You are very modest and a very good judge
