Poker has been open here for amonth. It's as if nothing ever happened. One day soon it will be like that in the UK too.

I might move back to Malta!  What a year 2007/8  was for drinking and gambling and strip joints whilst pretending to be a trading director for an online firm!  Would love to do Malta without having a 12 hour a day job!  It was mental with one!

G Casino reopening 1 august casino wise but they stated on twiter that poker cash games won't be offered from that date but no date was given.   Live mtt's weren't even mentioned in the tweet.   Can't see those happening this year or maybe longer (or ever again) at low rec stakes.

Puregym massively cut back on their opening hours 6am-10-pm week days and 10-4pm weekends which is very tight considering they are usually 247.  Whole place was spotless tbf and both days running at 1/3 of max covid capacity i was there mid afternoon so zero spacing issues at all.

Weirdly my Pure is normally 6-10, but very surprised at the lack of people. They've capped it at 100 and haven't seen above 35 on the app yet in attendance. The reduction in benches means there's been a slight wait for them but other than that really easy. Few other friends who use different gyms have said the same thing. Worrying for the gyms a little now!

They won't care people not turning up as long as they keep paying their monthly memberships.  Less work for the same money.

Made it both days.   Put on 6kg of lard in 4 months per the boditrax scanner.  I literally done nothing during lockdown apart from walking for the first two months but knocked that on the head and literally done nothing for 2 months but eat and drink too much.   30 min then 40 min cardio sessions this weekend just to blow the cobwebs away.   Feel much better already.  Will restart mon/wed/fri weights splits tomorrow with 4 cardio sessions the other days to get this extra stone of lard off and get back to pre lockdown weight.

Congrats all Leeds fans.   Its about time that a proper EPL club was back.  Fingers crossed you stay there.   Love to see Forest back somehow as well.   Sick to death of Bournemouth and Norwich types.   Really want to see an old school EPL.  Shame Villa are going down.

Didn't Mickey Quinn get banned from training horses for mistreating them a few years ago?

I used to quite like the fat bastard before that.

yes pretty sure he did get a ban for something like that.

Bruno Fernandes has been directly involved in 13 goals in his first 10 Premier League games for Manchester United (seven goals, six assists); the joint-most of any player in their first 10 appearances in the competition.  Who is the other player?

This is a brutal question and you will pretty much only get it straight away if you read the article i found it in if you did don't spoil the fun.  Tal knows the answer already because i tested him in a chat group last night.   Clues will be available after a while if no one gets it.  This should help get the monthly post count up so it doesn't hit a record low this month!

Confirmed the question was wrong Wink

How?  It was his first ten appearances in the EPL he was signed from Newcastle to Cov prior and they were in the championship.  Quinn's first ten EPL appearances were for cov

I’m still thinking this question is wrong btw.

i can only go on the mainstream news website i saw it on in their match report.   I haven't researched it myself but i would doubt they would get this wrong.
