Back under 120kg for the first time in probably over a decade. Lost over 20kg since the first lockdown chaos and haven't been fitter cardio wise since my basketball days 20+ years ago. Maintaining muscle mass whilst losing fat is tough but i have been doing this slowly over the past 6 months. Target is 105kg by the summer whilst maintaining my current 81kg level of lean mass. Doing 5 intense cardio sessions a week now alongside 3 weights sessions.
That's a good effort, also pretty good effort required to get up to 140kg in the first place. Tbf, you never looked that large but most of the time I ever saw you there was a poker table covering up some sins. Gl with the charge to 105kg, you'll know already but well worth the effort i was briefly 140kg late last year during lockdown but i bounced between 125-135kg for most of my time on blonde/poker. Feel much better at sub 120kg and looking forward to kicking on to get to much lower. Finally grown up lifestyle wise!

1650 EUR 6max NL holdem No.... I managed to write a long hand update and then the connection drop. May have to focus at this incredible table now, but basically - re entered, doubled up 3rd hand - was bizarre. Italian opens, German cut off 3bets. We cold call . Italian 4bets, German snap calls. Wow. I tank. Make a rare live read as Italian guy seems to feign strength by grabbing for a lot of chips. We effectively move in, by moving 65% of stack in. Live read is, even more rarely, right. Italian folds -German snap calls. Wow. Flop K74. Beautiful. - I may as well trap check, probably twice. - He moves in AQ - We hold80k Even you will struggle to get beat in that spot! Made me chuckle the 'we hold'. Kick on posh boy.

Ronny to the rescue again! huge goal to potentially recruit who they actually want to recruit this year as a manager being in the last 16 of the CL. WP carrick your job is done. Football's first ever 'interim interim' manager does his job at the first attempt. Impressive. So impressive he might upgrade to the interim job and then hopefully the next generation of ole for 3 years then at xmas 2024 when they are still mid table we can start the process again with Ronny or Rooney as the interim manager.

His third missus knew what she was signing up for (if she didn't then she needs to find google) and probably still has a better life financially withh merson than she would renting a house with kids with 99% of other men she could have married. Merson will make money for years yet because the british public in a sick way love his appeal. Given Jeff has left soccer Saturday he must be worried he might be out on his ear or it could work the other way and they keep him on for years to appeal to the original audience.

People never talk about the fact he has EIGHT kids with 3 different women i think. That is a lifestyle choice which has cost him fortunes alongside all his other issues. No one has 8 kids nowadays. He is the classic example of its always someone else's fault. The thing about him that stood out for me was how sensible he appeared in the itv Harry show when he was going mental at Razor for his huge drink problem a couple of years ago. Seaman was just looking at both of them wondering how he just retired gracefully and lives a normal life for a 50 year old.
