I think he can find the balls to check raise bluff the flop v us but if we snap check back I think he's going to be real weary of betting the turn anyway as we look pretty strong and even if he thinks we have say KK-TT I doubt  he'll dust us what will still be a large % of his stack by barrelling 2 streets v us. If he checks turn to us I think we can snap check back again and potentially make a big call down or fold on the end if he finds a bet. I really don't think he will do it that often but he's certainly going to peel a small4 a ton after a failed 3squeeze with paint cards to try and outflop you for sure, classic leak of the big stack. Another option is to flat pre ofc but if you have a light 4 range here at all then 4ing is fine.

I quite like checking the flop too, I think I'd check the flop more often than cbet because of stack sizes tbh. The way the hand is played out the turn is a clear fold, I very likely flat the turn min then try and get value on a large majority of rivers (by betting to a check or making a large raise on another min/small lead). I don't think  we can feasibly check flop then bet so big on the turn as we look so strong and lose action from the majority of hands we beat I feel. That being said, if I do cbet the flop I will most likely be looking for 3 streets on the majority of boards, I think our flop action is crucial to what we rep, what we do on the turn/river and the range of hands we can get villain(s) to continue with.  Good post, these spots can be really tough on soft finals

thoughts on betting like 140 otr lfmagik?

these bets never seem to induce some outrageous bet anymore so I think we need to weigh up the benefits or betting a small amount like that and not showing our hand down compared to the benefits of showing the hand down and taking the pot (which depends on absolutely everything). I think I show the hand down the large majority of the time in real time.

I think its a clear check back. We always have the best hand but it's good to show the hand down and show villain that we can make good calls or even better; look like a bit of a station. I think if we jam he just assumes we had it and then will be more likely to make similar plays in the future as we can't always have it right? By showing the hand down we one up him and I genuinely think he'll be less likely to take such lines against us again in the future. In short, we gain leverage against villain by showing our hand down and doing the macarena in his face.

anyone limping from that position at that stage of the tournament always has it when they press that button on the river i believe x

Sup bro,

been thinking about this hand for a bit and really can't think of anything you beat. If you suspect him as being a sicko then he should be capable of putting you in with 2 pair hands here which really do seem like the bottom of his range when he bombs the river. It would be reallly unusual for him to just punt it off if he's new to the table; especially over a pot that only had a few bb in to the flop. I really can't see him getting the wings out here, even though the fact that we have the might let our mind wander. It's one of those spots were everything he does signals a big lightbulb in our heads and makes you want to do a silly but a spot where he always has it imo.
