176  Poker Forums / The Rail / flaw in my game on: May 17, 2006, 10:36:29 AM

I HAVE A  FLAW IN MY GAME

I have been playing on line for about a year, 5 months ago i place £20 in my willhill acount (only site i play) and managed to win off that ever since not much just over a grand. now i done this by never playing out my bank role only low level stt £5 £10 and mtt £5 £10.

Not a flaw there i hear you say, but heres my problem i tend to play like a robot, raise hear fold there. check rasie and see i  go on this weird tilt where i play so tight you strugle to get my blinds off me and i never max out how much i could have won

now i need advice on how i can stay focus play my normal game all the time. olso how can i max out my winnings do i need to play high stakes when i get the chance or play more low level stakes to avoid tilt.

178  Poker Forums / The Rail / Beat the fish? on: January 18, 2006, 07:51:59 PM
The other day i was trying to teach my girlfried how to play poker so trying not to lose all my money, we played a £1 game at Mr hills. about level 4 this guys just crushing the table and all ready got 5000+ chips he types in (I got told how easy these tables are just did't relise how easy use are all fish) this leaves my girlfriend angry that such a thing is said. to make a long story short mr chip leader comes 4th to the delight of my partner and i we came 3td after a bad beat with ak and the flop bringing both.

so my challenge to those with a free hour to spare is how easy are the fish,in a £1 game
try to play the game like any other and post back hear with the results

i wait in wonder
