After being inspired by this thread to get some bird feeders in my garden, it's been a success. Chaffinch,Greenfinch,Great tit,Starling,Dove,Sparrow and most surprising was a Jay. He came twice this morning but I wasn't quick enough with the camera. Camera now on standby on window sill. Just wondered how rare it is to see a Jay?

Eat healthier,exercise more. Needs to be a permanent change rather than something you do for 'x' amount of months. Always eat breakfast and if you need to snack, have fruit. The problem with diets is they don't address the reason you need to lose weight in the first place. I lost over 1/2 a stone quite easily through changing my eating habits and weight training. I didn't eat less or starve myself so it didn't feel like a chore. I've recently slipped back into my old ways and the weight has started to re-appear so I'm going to reapply myself to changing my lifestyle again and try to make it permanent and keep the weight off.

I have the above,it's costing me £100 a month for the pleasure. I think it's too much and I'd be better off just getting a life insurance policy. I'm covered by a substantial death in service benefit from work and as I'm the main breadwinner, I think that this in combination with a life insurance policy for us both would suit us better with the benefit of being a lot cheaper.
 Any body have any thoughts on this?
