The range of hands that raises us on this board has us in pretty bad shape but we're doing fine against the range of hands that calls us, so I very much like betting the flop.

I dislike betting a lot and think we should be c/fing almost all the time, if I do bet it's like 2k with the intention of jamming most non-spade rivers I think

I can't think of a good reason not to 4b pre?

I also don't much like the river bet - are we calling to spike our 7-outer and bluff when behind, or because we think we're ahead a decent amount?

Bunch of different ways on how to play this hand and not a huge amount of difference between them, small enough that our image and playing style and feel on our opponents affects the optimal decision more than anything else, so in a sense 'everyone's right' here.

Having said that, I would tend to 4b/fold preflop (villains usually straightforward enough to 5b AA and sometimes KK, fold their underpairs, unless they're calling for implied odds in which case we just bet/fold most flops). Flop I also like b/f but c/c probably fine too. When villain asks us how much we've got, I feel like he puts us on a hand and not the other guy who's missed a flush draw, so is trying to get us to fold, so I would call. But wouldn't criticize c/c or b/f either.

In general I like the 3b; if he plays well to 3bs, though (sometimes 4bing, calling a wide range without plans to fold when he has a piece postflop, folds hands that play badly) and the rest of the table plays bad, though, it's a pretty bad 3b and I'm happy to call.

As played now I would fold, but think it's a good spot to check behind. We're not doing particularly well vs a range that calls our c-bet and without a pair we're only really happy getting all the money in on 8 turns. This is also a co-ordinated board where he's likely to have something decent.

I'm not much of a chess player, but honeybadger walked me through the solutions to the second and third parts of the question and I have to say it's quite beautiful!

Given that we're going to have 5 more hands with the opportunity to be first-in before the BB hits us again, I'm more inclined to be a little tighter here, but think jamming this is still fine - we are still expecting some folds from him and the blinds might be fearing him limping a big hand so might also fold a few other hands they'd call.

I'd rather squeeze pre in hand 1 than call. Seems like a great spot to make it ~20k or thereabouts and not expect to get flatted particularly wide.

Hand 2 is a fairly easy call pre.
