D 4 Events and The GUKPT break the European record with 1765 players taking part in GOLIATH!

Thanks to all of you that watched the live stream all week. I hope that you were not too gutted about the disaster that struck at the end meaning the last 15 minutes of footage were unable to be streamed.

Overall it was a great event and everyone at Grosvenor & worked their socks off to produce a fantastic event and all the players were great. Lee was a deserving winner in a massive field.

I should be elated after a great weekend with loads of positive feedback but have a sicky feeling in the back of my throat since trying to stream from a blank memory card. At the end of the day the buck stops with me and I will make sure it never happens again.

Live stream is working ok on our machine that is monitoring it on a different connection to what we are streaming on.

Any feedback if any others having problems please let us know.

Image quality is a lot higher than Luton so it will need a better connection to work properly.

Video quality is out of our hands unfortunately due to the connection in the casino. It is being filmed in broadcast quality but if we crank up the upload quality it gets far worse than what you are seeing

Sound should be better now. Certainly is on the mobile connection that I am viewing it on. Henry's mic was interfering with Phil's wireless one.

Goliath will be much better as the connection there is top notch (apparently).

For anybody who got fed up with the stream quality earlier - it is much improved now. Connection still erratic but we have lowered the video quality a bit and it is not skipping anywhere near as much now even on a mobile connection. The Tower is doing a great job keeping it interesting.

Thanks, we are doing some more tweaking of the connection in the break. It's quite frustrating for us and I am sure it is for you watching.

Fingers crossed the stream should be much better now. Extra hamsters have been installed. Please let us know here how the experience is from now on.

Sound is back now. We are having some problems with the quality of the connection here but fingers crossed it should be Ok now.

This is not the full live stream set up that we will have for other events but quality is OK considering the last minute decision to stream

Thanks to Caroline and Tighty for providing some great updates. I am looking forward to having them at more of events soon.

Well done to Amy, she ran good at times but she also played well throughout too and showed that amassing the stack in Slovenia last year was not a one off.

Great to meet everyone who came down for the weekend and I look forward to seeing more of you at the next one!

I will probably start a feedback thread later in the week and am looking forward to hearing the thoughts of those of you who played and also from those of you who didn't.
