3bet pre to 340,000 imo
Made this point also which is fair. Prefer this to flatting. Top of Maria's range will surely reraise and we can then let go. Good to see different views thanks Pleno.

One previous hand that might have swayed Villians thinking in this hand where she flatted Hero's raise pre along with Leo in the BB Hero leads 8 high flop and Maria shoved. Hero dwelt and folded and was led to believe he folded the best hand.
So Villain may have been cautious of being c/r in this hand.
I think you've got your villains and heroes mixed up here? So in the previous hand, Hero in the OP opens and cbets an 8 high board vs two peelers in the blinds and gets jammed on by Villain in OP. Is Hero in OP worried about getting revenge c/raised? Not so clear I know. Think Maria would have been concerned about getting c/r in the main hand. Think Maria is expecting a c/r revenge as you put it.

Hero in this case was confident the Villain had missed flop from his observations at the table (reads). so this makes a fold on the turn all the more difficult. We did talk the hand through and this was pointed out.

Fold pre
Turn is close between a call and a fold. Maria is well aware that you can have Kx here when she raises. Jamming is by far the worst option, you're never getting called by worse. I can't imagine villain raising AA here ever, she's well aware that you have Kx in your range.
Agreed. Hero in this case is not myself. Thought the hand was interesting though and while it's clearly a fold pre I think personally it is a cooler from the flop onwards. Interesting that you fold as I think we are quite disguised could be horribly wrong though. With the previous hand I added to the history I don't believe Maria is folding the flop even if we bomb. So it's kind of in the cooler territory from that standpoint as she would have been expecting a c/r on the flop and is never folding the turn.

How many paid? Rough payouts? Hero views Villain as a competent thinking player
Hero has already made a catastrophic mistake Over 100 runners paid so in the monies. 1 £23,000 2 £13,650 3 £9,000 4 £6,000 5 £4,500 6 £3,600 7 £2,900 8 £2,300 9 £1,800 10 £1,400 11 £1,400 12 £1,400 13 £1,400 14 £1,200 15 £1,200 16 £1,200 17 £1,200 18 £1,200 Still quite bowlish pay jumps for some time.

Maria Demetriou opens to 125,000 UTG from 1.5m at 30/60k 24 players left.
two callers, including Hero with K-10 playing 4m in the small blind
7-K-K is checked round
5 turn
Hero 250,000
Maria 700,000 raise
fold from the button
Hero allin
CALL
river 5
Hero views Villain as a competent thinking player, obviously have her on a decent range with the utg open. By the turn have pinned her as possibly having AA.
Hero has not been seated on Villians table long and although Villain is aware of who hero is at this point she would not be aware of exact style. Most likely views Hero as any lad under a certain age. So probably viewed as good thinking player who is capable of any trickiness a hand may require.
Would love to hear fellow Blondes views on this.

Apart from Troye Cllins the early chip leader, hidden beneath cap and hoodie is Scott Davies He was in a three way pot, pre, and raised with Aces. to be met by two re-raises. Nice He 5-bet, and was met by a six bet shove from Brandon Shiels
He called, and held against Nines to go to 125,000 at 150-300not a big commenter on hands, but lol, what the hell. 99, GG 200bbs This is a horrendous play I would never make. Can whoever posted this please correct the name to whoever actually did bust in this hand Thanks Don't worry we won't judge you obv thought he was at it. Unlucky.
