Sometimes you get washing powder. OMO of course.
Can imagine you rocking a bag of that.

gl tomorrow son.  I don't want to blow smoke up your arse as you work extremely hard and deserve everything you get.   I have been in this gambling game a long time and met a lot of sicko's but you are fecking unreal.  If you don't win it i would love to see Ben Vinson win it.  I like Ben a lot.  He is another sicko who might just have a bit too much gamble in him (i think he will become an even better poker player as he gets older) but he is long over due taking down something like this.  The fields this week at dtd in every event are just full of sicko's.
Agreed. He seems to be loving playing too. Best of luck to both of you.

This thread and another nail in the coffin for online poker is depressing. And I thought the last owners were slightly shoddy.

Pre flop raise could be a little bigger imo.

A7o is probably not a fantastic hand to  defend a UTG open. Although here we are 80bbs
deep so I do not tend to fold much to mins esp with the Antes in play. We can try and generate some fear equity
by not passing up. On that flop I would be looking one way or another to get some chips in there. C/R does seem
like a line I like that's agreed. Bump the pot up on the flop.

Gentle bump. This would be pretty cool.

Flat pre seems good. I'd be getting it in now vs 95% of ppl
What are we looking to avoid Alex just the super tight players?

Really like the logic of flatting again with the QQ here although
one way or another it seems we are getting stacked this time.

Say we don't under rep our hand pre with the flat and choose to reraise the opener
how would we then proceed once this guy puts in the 4bet?

Hand does seem fine played like this. No points where we can make it much bigger bet wise
apart from maybe the flop but still seems good. You want the call on the turn and give him the wrong
odds to actually call, you then check behind river and lose nothing more. Well played Sir.

You have to love giving a good pre speech speech then getting AKs.
Running into Aces is cold though.

Enjoyed my front seat to the show. Well played.

Just come back from a few days at the WPT festival at DTD - first visit for quite a while living 350+ miles away Sad

No cash for me but played in the record breaking field on Friday -  the place was absolutely buzzing such a credit to everyone involved. With so many different poker nationalities present at the club it actually made me feel proud to be British - best poker club in the world for me…  the whole DTD team should take a bow!

Agreed this has been a fantastic event so far and I think its just warming up. Love the buzz around the club seems everybody is here for a good time.

Never mind all that, what about these European players moving to England to avoid paying tax on their winnings?
In the case of my fellow Norwegian poker/gambling is banned in Norway and we all love it here. 100% not a tax evade in his case.

yeh sizing otr seems big, especially for mtts and especially for live. would fold pre and river.
Makes sense. Especially as OP states "villain has not been overly active in the first 20 mins."
His bet sizing seems decent and feels a little more value orientated from the turn. We should try not
to level ourselves into thinking he is just making a move because the BB is absent.
