Didn't trouble the scorers but really enjoyed it.  Thanks, Scotty.

Hey.

I have a question that I'd love answered if anyone has the time:

1.  Let's take a hypothetical scenario where a husband plays on his wife's PartyPoker account (that she's never used) for whatever reason.  If this man happened to qualify through a series of satellites for the Grand Prix, is there an option where the ticket can be transferred or would the wife be the only person who could play the tournament at DTD?

I understand that the husband could play an online day 1 and the online day 2 on saturday night but would it have to be the wife who played the final day at DTD?

Obviously this is all highly hypothetical because no one would ever play on an account registered to someone else even if they wanted to take advantage of a first time depositors offer but what if?

Thanks.

stacks and entries are non transferable, the wife/account holder plays the live section

Thanks Tightend.

Another question if you don't mind?  Once qualified from online Day 1, how do you go about being registered for the online Day 2 rather than the live tournament?

Thank you.

Will he get any compensation and if so from whom?

Will Kassouf show

9 high like a boss

Although Kassouf's antics are borderline, I feel like Effel went on a mad power trip here. Was pretty clear that he'd give Will a penalty if he spoke or gestured again but seemed to eventually give him a penalty for trying to get his point across that Effel didn't understand the context of his gesticulations (which was a fair point). Also wasn't a fan of Effel's general demeanour and attitude. A bit school teachery. Kassouf took it really well to be fair.

Most embarrassing episode ever?

Deary me.

Incompetence heaped upon incompetence.

Charlene must have some business plan. Can anyone tell me me what she offers?

Richard looks like the heavy favourite to me.

Struggling to find any redeeming features in Charlene.  Seems completely gormless yet escapes the sack every week. Must have some business plan.

Being devils advocate now but why sigh Tom? If it is proved that IS members are being allowed in to a country as refugees surely the right thing to do is stop it until a robust method of vetting is in place.

Isn't that playing into the hands of IS? Stopping people from escaping the horrors.

I thought they were more concerned about causing harm to the West.

My understanding is that IS wish to establish a Caliphate which is a region governed by Shariah law. That's what they are doing in Syria and Iraq. Al Qaeda's MO included destroying the west.  That's one of the main differences between the organisations.

The attacks in Paris were retaliation for air strikes on their caliphate.  Not as a result of their hatred for the west.

Happy to have that corrected by someone more knowledgeable.

"Exempted from automatic execution, it appears, are Christians who do not resist their new government. Baghdadi permits them to live, as long as they pay a special tax, known as the jizya, and acknowledge their subjugation. The Koranic authority for this practice is not in dispute."

Accepting any man made law above the law of the Koran is worthy of a death sentence so I think your wrong, although the quote above does exempt some people.

Their motivation isn't the hatred of the western world though. It's their unwavering belief in the fundamentals of Islam. The western world don't share this belief therefore are wrong'uns along with a huge number of non-extremist Muslims and followers of most other religions.

I enjoyed the episode from a purely entertainment standpoint.

Felt the task was too specialised. For example, I thought that Joseph was the only one to come out of it well and that's because he was pretty handy with a saw and hammer.  You could either be the project manager and take decent jobs/take shit jobs using common sense/no common sense or you could be a worker with the skills to either sink or swim.  Not much scope for excelling in a business capacity in my opinion.

And also, Sugartits sets a task requiring handywork, a guy can't put a shelf up, everyone has a piss laugh about it in the boardroom and then he gets fired anyway. What was that all about?

This series is the first time I've had to turn away from the telly on more than one occasion because I can't stand to look at someone making a pure tit of themselves.  Usually bret who I find loathsome.

Ric

Such a silly task.

May as well ask them to play a 7-a-side football game against each other and fire the one with the lowest pass completion percentage (hopefully bret)

Daft.

Any love for American Horror Story?

On episode 2 of season 1 and I'm pretty impressed.

It's slick, full of interesting characters and reasonably well acted.

I'll be giving the full season a chance.

Something has been niggling away at me.

Last season some guy came up with the ingenious idea of buying a toy skeleton instead of a real one as it covered all specifications of the task. Suggsy ripped him a new one and fired him.

This season some guy came up with the ingenious idea of buying a toy boat instead of a real one as it covered all specifications of the task. Suggsy lauded him as the second coming.

Firstly, what's the difference? And, secondly, did this occur to anyone else?

The show is good entertainment but Sugar just makes shit up as he goes along and I don't like it.

Ric

Yes Evilpie, that's what I was wondering.
