Call. Getting a great price and you're going to over-realise your equity as JTs flops so well. Going with it basically whenever we flop equity.

Going to make assumptions that this is a pretty low BI MTT and/or the villain in the hand is not a reg. Depending on who it is, they could have anything from any Jx, any OESD, pair+GS, maybe even just random 8x hands, or they could be the type to purely have 2 pair/combo draws. In reality it'll be somewhere in between, but KK does pretty well against all but the tightest of ranges. GTO wise you 'should' defend 15% and KK will firmly lay within that, although i'd probably be calling wider than 15% vs most randoms in this spot, as they will be unbalanced and weighted towards hands we have good equity against.

Absolutely bizarre stance in the thread from Camel.
It's very simple. Imagine you were a reg in Luton card room and you were kinda guy to put people in comps. She knows this and is friendly with you, she manages to convince you to start putting her jn tournaments. Meanwhile she's doing the same thing with multiple others too, overselling and making money. (I'm not sure if you realise she also sold to outside investors as well as playing this on stake and didn't pay them either)
Weeks/months go by (God knows how long she's been doing this) and then you catch her. You're playing the next night and feel completely aggrieved. You tell a table mate and their response is "yeah I knew she had done this a few months ago, didn't really want to say anything, she's just a woman and there's worse humans in the field.
How tilted would you be? If threads like this don't happen then scammers will scam again and again. In fact sorry that's wrong, scammers will scam again regardless of threads like this, but because of these threads less people will get fucked.
How tilted would you be if someone started a thread about you and you were innocent? I know one player whose reputation was completely trashed in a thread like this. And he was entirely innocent. It was complicated, but I believe in the situation he was in, he did nothing wrong. But this isn't just another thread, this is a thread where the person has admitted completely they stole the money, so I don't understand how your post is relevant?

I'd 3bet pre in a bounty. Sure bounties are way less likely this deep, but I don't think a lot of people actually think about how unlikely they are to get it this deep.
As played i'm just betting 12-1400 otr, expecting to get some Jx JT QQ-KK calls. Only really losing to ThTx and theoretically should have a bunch of bluffs and a narrow value range, although in practice I don't think people bluff this spot much at all.
Agree wouldn't bet anything worse

Definitely 3betting pre, wouldnt ever just flat, so that's good Not a big fan of the c-bet vs described villain vs the check-raise anything other than folding is an absolute disaster Don't think you can go ruling out sets/9x hands vs someone you have basically said is an erratic recreational player You are 45% against a completely random hand otf and even if he has exclusively 87 or 75 your equity is 51%

1) Bet turn, not that close for me, calls with a load of Ax we beat, FDs we want to bet against, some better hands we have loads of equity against. Villain could definately have some worse heart flush draws too, which we want to be piling in money. Can't think of a reason not to bet
2) Sounds like you've answered your own question if that's how you view the villain. Fold
3) Bet. Often 9x will lead river, people will almost never bluff-raise when you bet this spot, you can have a bunch of 9x, but you can also have some bluffs... and people don't like folding pairs+

That world XI is a joke. Can't have a guy in as a keeper who doesn't keep. Williamson and Steyn obvious omissions. Stokes potentially not even the best all rounder in the England team, let alone the world.
I think it's almost exactly the same XI i'd pick. Openers are pretty clear-cut. Batsmen you have to pick 3 from Smith, Root, Williamson, Kohli, Amla. I think for tests i'd pick the first 3 and leave out Virat, alternatively leave out Smith. Big fan of both Root and Williamson. As for the keeper there aren't really any stand-out 'pure' keepers, but AB has done the job quite a lot and he has to be in the side anyway, so i'm happy with that. Can't think of many better all-rounders than Stokes in world cricket at the moment, Mitch Marsh? Shakib? Woakes? There are very few genuine all-rounders out there at the moment. Ashwin has to be in there as the #1 ranked bowler in tests, Starc is the best seamer in the world imo, does a lot with the new ball at pace and knocks over tails for fun. Anderson's skills with a moving ball are unparralelled, but you have to balance that with the issues he comes across playing in the sub-continent. Equally i'm not sure Yasir Shah is a real world-beater outside of the UAE, maybe i'd go with Anderson and Boult/Broad/Steyn, but I feel like Steyn is on the way down from his peak. Cook Warner Root Williamson Smith de Villiers Stokes Ashwin Broad Starc Anderson (probable slight England bias)
