No, not this time, he had already left for the sin city in Nevada. Just got a text update from Nygaard, he is OUT, knocked out by his fellow countryman Skjervold, who now has over 60k and doing allright - soon to break down to three tables.

For those wondering, Edgar Skjervold is the one who won the Pokerstars "World Championship of Online Poker" Main Event last year (his nick is "ragde" on Stars), a $2500 entry online tourney with more than $460000 in first prize. Both him and Nygaard are high limit players both online and in Norwegian cardrooms.

Thanks Tikay!
Let me know if you need any additional Norwayish lessons. To all the others out there, these are the three frases Tikay wanted to learn on his first day in Norway as we sat down for a brew and a beer in a cafe:
"Good day" - "God dag"
"How much is the beer?" - "Hvor mye koster oelen?"
"Nice tits!" - "Fine pupper!"

Well, sorry to kill any sensational rumours, but we weren't "hauled away" by the police. The police haven't even been there. What has happened is that we are reported to the police, and will face charges of arranging illegal lottery. This is because the government in Norway means poker is not a skill game, but a game of chance.
What happened, was that we voluntarily contacted the police, and went down there to talk to them, which is way different.

Very very true Red-Dog. Steep uphill as well, as Bergen is known in Norway as "the city between the seven mountains". Since I am fortunate enough to come from North Western Norway, where the mountains are measured in kilometers and not meters, I prefer to call it "the city between the seven hills". This to much irritation to my friends and co-workers from Bergen...
But I bet you Brits will still be amazed by the "hills" with the "towed, uphill train".

With 51 people to start, it was a crazy, loose rebuy period of 90 minutes. With average of 7 rebuys (!) per player, a lot of is in play. Currently 15 people left with Robin Reed in a comfortable chiplead. Our only female player Heidi S, is still in but short. Co-owner of Blue Club, Harald Oppedal also in, around average. I busted in 21st.
1st price is 11k NOK, money down to 6th place.
