After the re-opening, Aspers (Stratford) were only running cash games (£1/£2 minimum).
Recently, they have started a Friday night comp for £125.
Will look to go in the next few weeks.

I regret to announce that Mel passed away earlier today.
She had numerous health issues over the last few years and was awaiting a liver transplant.
Mel was always a bubbly person a great fun to be around.
At the poker table either as a player or dealer it was always fun.
RIP Mel
Thoughts go out to Declan & her Mum.

Last but definitely not least, Trevor Cherry, former Leeds & England defender, has died suddenly & unexpectedly aged 72.
The late 70's & 80's were my era for football, I watched every TV program I could, collected sticker albums & bubblegum cards. He was a very sleek & composed player. Great defender who could also run with the ball and create attacking opportunities.

Vinny's Home Games on Stars.
This will be the weekly schedule (Friday night will be flexible games).
Weekend games will be £5.50 and week day games £3.30 (except the cheaper Friday games @ £1.10).
I have tinkered with the schedule to avoid clashes of similar games (Stud/Razz was a tad confusing last Monday). I have also tried to make it clearer on the game tables.
I have introduced Friday night as a cheap beginner night for people to try new games (from next week)

RIP Stirling Moss aged 90. One of the greatest motor racing drivers of all time and a motorsport icon. Considered by many (although Gilles Villeneuve fans may disagree) to be the greatest driving to never win the F1 Championship. That phrase has changed through the generations to use James Hunt, Nigel Mansell, Lewis Hamilton etc. |
