Brilliant, more of this. Im going to address this all at once, so here goes.
Lol at John blacks etiquette lesson. Bit of pot kettle thing going on there, especially because my comment was not bad at all. Mountains out of mole hills again.

Killerkilsby; don't know who you are, you seem to know who I am but I'm calling bullshit on a lot of what you've said.

That hand you described with the £10 bet on the river is pretty laughable, it just never happened and if you were so sure we were colluding an we were caught on camera, how come nothing was done about it? I've also been to Leicester numerous times since. Ill happily admit that we soft played each other and chopped profits at the end, already have done before. I was young and pretty new to the game, not using it as an excuse but its not nearly as bad as what you're suggesting.

Everyone seems pretty happy dragging people's names through the mud on a public forum and hiding behind keyboards. Literally bores the living shit out of me. If anybody wants anything further explaining then feel free to ask me in person

The objective of my comment wasn't to 'help'. It was more to outline the fact that the guy was a massive douche. Stato went to the toilet so I felt he needed to know

At the risk of sounding like a massive live fish, I think it really important to be paying very close attention to your opponent in a situation like this. I'll try explain the best I can. Live players give off so much info its pretty hilarious actually, so i'd be paying attention to stuff like how quickly he 4bets and how happy he looks about it. If he snap 4bets without thinking about it then I would usually exclude certain hands out of their range for example: not many live players near the bubble of a FT are going to be snap fist pump cold 4bet 1010 too often I don't think. They some times even turn their hand face up by tanking and counting out the call then changing their mind etc.

So yeah, I know it sounds really fishy and old school to use this kind of thinking, I use to think it was stupid aswel until Deadman showed me the way. Its so much easier to narrow down peoples ranges based on reactions and timing. I would also be 5bet jamming a pretty tight range here too with no history. Same as deadman probs, hes always right.

15bbs? Jam pre. Everyone peels when we min raise, we can be unbalanced and min raise AA out of a bowl amount of bbs because everyone will play bad and not notice. Lol galaments.

Also, nobody looks at that sort of stuff, especially at Gala. It's literally full of punters, they're are all going to be making massive stack size errors (like peeling out of <15bbs). Check your hand or remember it pre.

Fwiw I wouldn't of jammed my hand if you'd have raised from the small because I think your range is usually gonna be pretty strong there and A8o is doing horribly vs that range. I kinda like your idea tbh but I also think you're massively overestimating how often I am going to be jamming in that spot. I know you said at the time something about 'any two cards' when in reality it's going to be a hand with some equity or blockers, I'm not going to be punting in there with 74o even if I've given off this illusion that I'm tilting or whatever and 'ready to blow'.

Losing a 1/3 of my starting stack in that tournament in that short period of time is not going to effect my decision making and overall thought process. (Had a lot worse hangs happen) So don't overestimate people states of minds with little evidence backing it up because it may end up with you levelling your self and making incorrect decisions vs them.

I also think JJ is right on the edge, I don't think folding can ever be that bad, pretty much snap fold 1010 and snap call QQ so either way is fine I guess. I do think AQ is somewhere near the bottom of that old guys range in that spot so I wouldn't beat yourself up about it too much. If every hand we played went 'according to plan' there'd be no need for pha and we'd all be filthy rich.

I'll print off the DTD application form.......

Don't worry Belton, I tip generously

You've successfully come across as more of a twat than you previously did. Well done.

Calm down Ulrika, dont get your Poker Bay Knickers in a twist . I was simply reminding Belton of his humble beginnings as motivation to kick on. And whats wrong with working at DTD??!!

And the biggest bell end on blonde award goes to....

Joseph Johnson least deserving finalist ever. Got kicked out of DTD last night for some of the worst conduct and behaviour i've ever seen at the poker table.

GL other finalists, especially Nick Hicks Smiley
Confirmed douche. He almost got taught a lesson by Kurt too, luckily for him he got kicked out before.

Plus it's too stressful getting wound up by things. I just play for fun really, I almost always preferred our monday kick-about matches than the serious league matches.

Bring back the monday kickabout imo
It's on the cards. Thinking of organising it for the Monday after next. Powerleague also has a sick new pitch that needs to be used!
