Winning all ins

3b calling would be pretty bad vs him imo. He talks a lot which gives off the illusion that he's loose and 'looking to gamble' but its all an act. If he 4bets then we are in the shitter. People might think its stupid but I like to be completely unbalanced in these sort if spots in live comps. Like make bigger shoves than I would online as appose to 3bet calling and being able to 3bet fold the mid/bottom of my 3bet value range, then just 'having it' when it goes in. No need for balance live imo. He will deffo peel with worse if we 3bet and I don't really like the idea of jamming 30bbs+ in a soft live comp where we have a big edge. I'd prolly 3bet min and make a pair then take him to town.

Confirmed 100% record in throwing up on first night away with Team Eureka. 2/2.

For all of those who are saying I should take criticism better, it wasn't the comment about my 'hollywooding' that annoyed me it was him questioning my professionalism. I wouldn't openly accuse somebody of being shit at their job on a public forum. Especially somebody I don't even know.

I think what makes it trollish is hiding behind anonymity.
This. How am I going to tell him where I am in 10 years time if he remains anonymous

Hardly a Troll PJ, just observations from experience, take it on the chin and learn from what many on this thread are saying
Don't have an issue with anybody else's posts. Just your 'observations' and accusing me of being anything but professional when I have no idea who you are and you definitely don't know me well enough to come to that conclusion, especially since I wasn't even playing the 'big game' last year
52  Poker Forums / Diaries and Blogs / Re: Prose from a Poshboy on: September 29, 2012, 01:39:11 PM

from what i have gathered the big game at DTD is far too cliquey and the players are coming across too arrogant within there own group , with the help of Blonde they have believed their own hype a little too much, I played a few times last year and found the banter very focused only on the group and as for PJS hollywood dwells on nearly every hand , anything but professional
in short
Stop blaming DTD and look at yourselves, and lets seehow many of you are still 'doing it'in 10 years time

i

Another boring troll on Alex's diary shocker. After going to DTD a 'few' times last year. He's got it all figured out ofc.

If peejay doesn't like sitting deep surely the sensible thing to do is go and sit in the 50p £1 game?
It's not that I don't like sitting deep. I sat 200bb's at the start of the session in a short handed game with Alex, Mitch & Kieth Johnson. I believe they all have an edge on me and can put me in alien spots really deep that I wouldn't normally encounter. So after getting a double up early in the session and having to sit 1k deep in a tough game, it's a good spot for Al I apply pressure imo. I know some people would say whats the point in plying in a game with better people but ideally enjoy it and think its a really good opportunity to learn. Also playing like a massive nit helps

Anybody using terms like 'weak turn bets' should deffo fall into the category of old school fish. And who is the poker truth to decide what is poor play?

Peejay gets an awful lot of Aces, must bring them from home ;-)
Mate you just don't understand. Earlier this week I had a full house against a straight flush. It's hard being me you know Wink

and you check/raised the end and he called, then realised after he mucked... Just for the unaware Wink
Sshh. I want people to feel bad seeing how bad I run Smiley
