Lucas Leiva's 10-year stay at Liverpool looks over after Reds accept a £5m offer from Lazio http://dailym.ai/2sYu7v5
what else would you like to see happen,in our out, over the next month?
Lucas has been a great servant to the club but should have left the club a couple of years ago we need rid of the deadwood at the club Moreno, origi, markovic etc we desperately need a left back maybe 2(think it's unfair to ask Milner to play there) could with a centre half,a proper holding midfielder to release our other midfielders plus a striker as we can't bank on sturridge being fit
Who do you drop from midfield to fit him in though? Seems unfair to leave him on the bench. Did you see the first day back at training vid on youtube? He was the fittest out of the lot of them.
First half was good today. Hope Coutinho stays for this season. Wonder if the desperation to sign Keita is because they know they need a replacement.
Was wondering whether the Handmaid's Tale would actually be entertaining or like sitting in an English Lit A-Level class. I did enjoy it, I think it's well worth a watch and pretty excited for where they can take it in Season 2. Haven't read the book so no clue if they've reached the end of it or not, but I think it could be great if they expand it to show more of what's happening in other countries and a bit of revolt, rebellion and rescue would be nice too.
Really enjoyed LoD. Next big Water Cooler show Twin Peaks? Back in 3 weeks. No time to rewatch the first two seasons unfortunately. Watched Mulholland Drive for the first time the other day. He really is a weird and freaky dude that David Lynch bloke.
Anyone seen Paterson? Thought I'd give it a go even though it sounded crap. No plot, no action, no adventure, just a week in the life of a relatively happy and content couple.
Really enjoyed it, think Red Dog would like it and Woodsey would turn it off after 2 minutes.
Had never heard of the Director Jim Jarmusch before. Now I'm working my way through all his films. Ghost Dog probably the most mainstream one I've seen so far.
Agree with love for The Night Of, really enjoyed that. First episode was gripping and depth of characters was strong. Found the court scenes and ending a little flat. Really wanted a few "Did you order the code red?" style court moments but meh it didn't detract from the overall quality I guess. Oh and agree Sneaky Pete was good fun.
Did they ever explain how the guy was cheating at poker? I was quite disappointed with it overall. Some great acting but the plot wasn't so good. Would have been better off watching The Sting for the 28th time
