I saw 5 minutes of Rudy trying to lead some woman through a 'fraud' description from the Michigan election/ballots/voting.
Was like a low budget movie, and he had that other crazy woman, Ellis next to him.
It was great. Rudy's witness turned up sloshed and slurred aggressively through her testimony. Rudy knew he had dropped a clanger by bringing her along and tried to rein her in, but she wasn't having it.

Republican State Representative: "We're not seeing the poll book off by 30,000 votes." Drunk Witness: "What did you guys do? Take it and do something crazy to it?"
Kelly Loeffler is the richest member of Congress, with a personal wealth of $500 million. Her husband is not only the Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, but his company actually owns it, as well as many other exchanges, including LIFFE, Chicago and Singapore, and has just bought Ellie May for $11 billon.
Kelly is standing for re-election as Senator for Georgia in January, and has a new ad out. Unfortunately, some unpleasant types are being unkind about it, just because it mentions that Kelly knows what it's like to wait for the next pay check.
Kelly's house, where she hangs when she has too much month left at the end of her pay:
Imagine being the club's record-holder for most goals in a season, scoring more league goals than Charlton or Rooney, as well as being European Cup top scorer, Ballon D'Or winner, record goal-scorer for your country, playing (and scoring) for a World XI, being picked for the PFA Team of the Century (07-76) and being named by your country's FA as the most outstanding player of the past 50 years (1954–2003) - and not getting a mention in a list of MU's best players.
The Supreme Court has decided that New York’s restrictions on attendance at religious events due to Covid are in breach of the Constitution, reversing its previous decisions made when Ginsburg took part. Chief Justice Roberts, nominally a conservative, again voted with the liberals, but they lost 5-4, with Amy Coney Barrett making the difference. Gotta expect there will be plenty more decisions like this.
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump ....Our big lawsuit, which spells out in great detail all of the ballot fraud and more, will soon be filled. RIGGED ELECTION!
Joe Biden @JoeBiden Let’s begin the work to heal and unite America and the world.
Marjorie Taylor Greene @mtgreenee “Heal and unite...” Communist Antifa and Marxist Black Lives Matter Terrorists hate you and your family. They are Joe Biden’s base. Never forget the way they treated us over the past four years. http://StopTheBidenSteal.com
Garry Kasparov @Kasparov63 Trump and his gang have been making many of us lose sleep about the breakdown of the rule of law. Now it's time for them to lose sleep about its return!
Tomi Lahren @TomiLahren If you voted Democrat you better not even think about bitching about lockdowns, higher taxes or lack of basic freedom. You did this.
Marco Rubio @marcorubio Do not rejoice when your enemies fall, and when they stumble, do not let your heart exult,Lest the LORD see it, be displeased with you,and withdraw his wrath from your enemies. Proverbs 24:17-18
A.J. Bauer @ajbauer Biden, Blinken, Yellen — what is this, a gerundocracy?
There's unhappiness within the Biden world already. Lots of appointments are being announced, and they have been well received, with many of those named bringing very strong previous experience, but this has caused frustration amongst campaign staffers. Some of the people who got Joe elected and hoped for recognition are finding that they are being overlooked in favour of people from the Obama Administration who did little to help. Those further down the chain fear the same will happen to them.
Only came across this Kyle, when he was on Rogan's election night podcast, and he does seem quite balanced, in that he normally just rips into everyone.
I remember seeing Haley speak quiet well at a few UN things a while back, and was it you that said they had high hopes for her within the party, MT
Absolutely. She is definitely earmarked for a strong Presidential run. There are quite a few others also well placed, but she is one of the favourites for 2024 at this stage. I think Kulinski nails it here, though, in that 'Defund the Police', 'Green New Deal' and even 'AOC' are go-to scare-phrases for Republicans to connect with supporters, both traditional conservatives and Trump-base populists. The dream would be to inherit Trump's supporters, but you've got to feed them what they like which, as he indicates, isn't home ground for most of the candidates. Sniping at AOC on Twitter isn't Haley's bag at all, so I'm sure he's right that it was a strategic move. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she didn't actually write it.
Christ, you can't take you eyes off this lot for a moment, or they have shot off in all directions.
First, Chris Christie laid into the legal team, particularly Sidney Powell, calling them a "national embarrassment".
Then Rudy and Jenna Ellis released a statement last night: “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity."
Sidney responded: "I agree with the statement today. I will represent #WeThePeople and seek the Truth. I intend to expose all the fraud and let the chips fall where they may. We will not allow the foundations of this great Republic to be destroyed by abject fraud."
She certainly was a member of the legal team, as Trump tweeted that she was, and she had a prominent role in the most recent press conference. Maybe she has gone too far even for Rudy. She did seem to be presenting an entirely separate case to the others, focusing on foreign "Communist" countries. Donald managed to engage a lawyer who was too extreme and embarrassing for Rudy and Jenna Ellis, which is hard to do. Despite being sacked, it seems she is going to continue on her own. It's only Monday morning, with another whole week of this to look forward to.
Yeah, Tucker jumping ship shows how lost the cause is. Most of Fox has abandoned Trump now, though Hannity, Dobbs, Jeanine Pirro and Maria Bartiromo are still on board. Tucker has the biggest audience in the country and has been solid until now, so Sidney and him turning on each other is delicious. Here she is outlining her case again, with some incredible allegations, and a few words for Tucker at the start. She also makes surprising allegations against Georgia Governor Brian Kemp.
Donald has actively undermined Fox several times lately, and has pushed alternative right-wing channels Newsmax and OANN. He is also rumoured to be planning a new right-wing channel, which would be competing for Fox's audience, so the drift from him could have something to do with that.
The respected legal firms who got caught up in the Trump train have realised that they made a mistake and have buggered off, and the virus has sidelined Bossie and Lewandowski, so he has turned to a group of lawyers who are better known for their TV appearances than their legal career highlights. Rudy’s main supporting lawyers are now Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis, along with the husband-and-wife duo of Joseph DiGenova and Victoria Toensing. They are all bonkers cartoon characters one way or another, all being partial to general conspiracy theories, while having their own pet crackpot themes. Whatever about the merits, it's a shoddy show that the President is reduced to this bunch instead of having decent representation.
Other than Rudy, Powell has the best legal stripes. She is also Michael Flynn’s lawyer, a position she picked up when she publicly criticised his legal team for agreeing too readily to a deal, saying he should replace them, which he did - with her. She is inclined to blame Venezuela and communists for a lot of the problems and has given credence to some QAnon ideas, while claiming to know nothing about them.
Ellis wasn’t always a Trump supporter, to put it mildly. During the last campaign, she called him “an idiot”, "unethical corrupt lying criminal dirtbag” and many other things, and said "his supporters don’t care about facts or logic” and that arguments supporting him are "ridiculously illogical, inconsistent, and blatantly stupid”. She came around once he won the nomination and is all in now. Women, huh! She brings Christianity into it a lot - one of her many objections to Trump originally was that he wasn’t a proper Christian. She also has a particular issue with homosexuality and has written extensively about its evils. She managed to get into an online row with Marge Simpson a while ago.
DiGenova and Toensing have had respectable legal careers and have had their fingers in numerous controversies over the years. He investigated the Administration of DC Mayor Marion Barry, which led to a dozen convictions. She was Scooter Libby's lawyer when he was pardoned by Trump for his crimes while he was VP Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff. They are well into their seventies now and are known for their many television appearances, particularly appearing with Lou Dobbs, and are known for having it in for the Justice Dept and the FBI. They’ve been linked to Trump for a while.
