Have to question why anybody like Big Sam/ Moyes/ Hughton would want to come to us right now though. We're a mess.

Massive transfer/wage budget for the division.   The most patient loyal owners probably in football (Hughes and Jones would have been fired much quicker with 90% of other owners with similar wealth and wage/transfer budgets relative to their league position at the time) Family run/lifelong supported club.   Owners are right up there wealth wise with the richest owners in football in the world.  Impossible for any of those 3 managers (and many others) to get a better job imo to make a name for themselves/reinvent their career.  Central location bang on the m6 so very easy to commute to without having to relocate from vast areas of the midlands/NW.

Stoke are also just outside the play offs in the xg league table this season so they are running bad.

The bigger the mess to sort out if they pull it off the bigger their ego gets stroked and the most impressive their skills look.   Personally i'd love to see TP back to really sort out the egos in that dressing room.    It needs a TP/big sam/Moyes type character for me.   Unproven young/upcoming managers haven't worked with 3 attempts.

Having all that money didn't stop you getting relegated from Premier League.

Having all that money but finished 16th last season

Having all that money and are now bottom of the Championship.

Quiet lolrron.   Nobody cares what you think.   Your opinion is worthless and results orientated as usual.  Having all that money also kept Stoke in the EPL for a decade and never finished in the bottom 6 until the season they went down.   Silly to balance your argument with those facts though wouldn't it?  Stick to ticket touting mythical rugby union tickets.

Is it just me that has got really bored and fed up with Jo Swinson and the Lib Dems? They are literally playing the victim card at every opportunity. Today they'e moaned about being involved in TV debates, even calling it sexist.

I am all for these TV debates and I am completely happy with different formats with different parties being involved. We can't simply have a TV debate with 6/7/8 different parties everytime. I just can't bring myself to vote Lib Dem.

Jo Swinson = dreadful.

I’m sure you have tickets for the debate the lib Dems will be included in  Cheesy

I've got two actually

In the last few weeks I have somehow come round to voting for Labour. One reason is Lib Dem aren't appealing to me under Swinson and they would never win my seat, second reason being that it's the only party that will finish in front of the Tories.

More importantly, I have come round to their plan. It's not something with a simple message like the tories being "get brexit done", but it is compromise for all voters. They aren't trying to stop Brexit, they are simply compromising by negotiating a deal and then putting it back to the people. That is sirely compromise? There just isn't a big enough majority in 48/52 that we go for a hard brexit.

Plus, away from Brexit, Labour stands for what I believe in. There shouldn't be poverty in this country. We shouldn't be going to food banks. They are also a party of equality, much more than the Tories have ever been.

I will probably be voting for Labour, not sure how it got to this

Twitter reporting political arrests at rallies

Brexit supporters: 247 (139 at Tommy Robinson rally, I suspect)

Remain supporters: 9

Got any actual evidence to support this?

If blonde was simple to post pics, I’d post the pictures and tweets

I really don't buy into the thinking that Tories will get a majority. Not because I don't want them to, but because I can't see how some aspects can be turned into a positive for them.

They are going to lose seats in Scotland to SNP. They are going to face stiff opposition from LD's in some seats, some in highly remain areas. They are also facing the prospect of the unknown in the Brexit Party, they are most definitely going to be losing votes to them too. There is also a factor of swing from Labour, I don't buy that either. Any switched on disillusioned voter still wouldn't vote Tory.

Labour are in for a tough one though, we all know that. People say they're going to get wiped out. They're going to lose a couple of dozen, max. I'm pretty confident that the LD & SNP will pick up more than that to keep open any potential alliance.

This isn't forgetting the polling from 2017. May was polling even better, hence why she called it & look how that went.

Tories aren't going to get a majority in my opinion.

I don’t care if anyone believes me. There are people on here know that I can get tickets for most sporting events.

Hope you get a ticket Woodsey.

Labour abstaining tonight, but no mention of tomorrow’s strategy. I think they might go for it.

Looks like this election might happen if there is compromise for the LD amendment.
