4  Poker Forums / The Rail / Need cash at DTD for Stars USD on: December 30, 2015, 07:38:26 PM
Hello, I am planning to play the deepstack this weekend. Would be of immense help if anyone can accept the stars $ and give me the cash at DTD. I am not yet sure which day I would play ( can decide once this is accepted). I would need £600 which is $890 as per xe.

cheers guys
Vinodh

Pleno suggested Jonathan Gill is crushing consistently the MTTs in Pokerstars, might be worth speaking to Gilly first, my 2 cents

13  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Partypoker down? on: February 17, 2015, 12:11:35 PM
^^ Has anyone else got this ^^

I've not had anything but I'm not sure what's happening as our tables loaded at the last minute and we were told to play on (albeit in a bery confusing manner).

Just not sure what pool of players are affected and which aren't?

Sure I'm probably jumping the gun here tho and there'll be an announcement soon.

Yes, I had an email from PP about the refund credited based on what you had said above ( This is for the 9PM GP sat)

lol, wait over an hour, told its cancelled, see its back but ive lost loads of chips.  Get stacked 1st hand I play int he sat and I have auto double rebuy on.  Play for an hour just to get completely rofled in both the mini and the sat.  Havent been this tilted in a while.  fkn site
+1. How can they restart the tournies after hour and half??? This us totally unfair...

I'll volunteer to be the escrow. But it'll never happen for an EPT.

I think a DTD £300 deepstack is more realistic. 30 people send me a tenner, I do a random draw and whoever is drawn out plays with the payouts as suggested by OP. I can make sure whoever plays doesn't do a runner from DTD if they cash. It wouldn't be a "nightmare", it would take a bit of work but I like the idea of a blonde playing a comp they otherwise wouldn't have otherwise played, and playing it for blonde.

I don't think anymore than 30/40 people is realistic. Plus the deepstack is a comp anyone can win and people can play it even if they have a mon-fri job. EPTs are obviously way tougher and are abroad, last for 6/7 days (apparently) so much more travel expense and days off work that need to be booked.

thanks Alex, this looks realistic and feasible, if you don't mind taking it on

+1, happy to be involved in this if this happens!
