Start times being firmed  up - but won't be 8pm starts. Full details in next 2 days.

Nice to bring the old £300 back as a New Years Special - we loved the good old days before there were 5 million other Deepstacks in the UK market! Please note this is a 'one off £300 Deepstack for old times sake!'

Good times...any news yet?

Just a few little questions if anyone had played a wpt125 as just wanted some info on it before played I know a a question 2might not be able to be answered.

1) what level  does the online day1 finish at?
2) what is normally the average stack on day?
3) what time does the final day normally finish?

Thanks if you can help me out with this info..

hi i put your post into the WPT thread

1 12 levels, level 13 is 2500-5000

see http://www.dusktilldawncasinonottingham.com/tournamentstructure.php

2 you start with 50,000 and just under 20% of the field makes it through a day one. Av 200-250k

3 the final day is now Sunday evening at 7pm, to incorporate the turbo day 1 on sunday afternoon

it finishes in the early hours of Monday morning

all info on concept, schedule etc on http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/news/wpt125-road-to-wpt-500/2442

Cheers

Im a Man u fan. But i don't think he will fit into you Philosphy of quick, flowing football. He has the ability when he can be bothered i just think he is to lazy of a player to play in your style of football and is even more of a liability the luis! I don't think he would be a good addition to your team

Good signing for Man Utd, just need at least 2 more decent signings to improve the starting 11

Definate check calling or making an thin value bet so slightly worse hands call dependent on his river plays

Sorry turn shove,,,,,,because if he has it on flop he shouldn't be scared of the 9
13  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: barca 530 sat on: June 10, 2014, 10:06:15 AM
Personally i don't like the river play to costly to your stack  so I would take this route so if he has hit it you save yourself about 2k in chips and still have 25 -35 bbs still

Flop I would do the same as you once he calls I would expect him to be flatting with hands like 44 to qq, AJs to AKs

So on the flop I would be following through with a bet of around 1.2k

If He shoves you still have enough chips to be in the event
If he folds you win
I think its a lot more risk free then your river shove

Especially as if I was the over guy I wouldn't expect you to have pocket ,6s,8s or in your 4 betting range this early in a tourny, so if I was him I would personally put you on AQh Akh ak,  you can't possible be 4 betting this early with 76. So if I had any of this board I would make the call from him on the turn shove

And if you had say jacks and above you wouldnt be checking on the flop with the draws out there so I think it was the wrong move there.

Personally i would of raised on the flop to 600 so you had a better idea where you was on the flop. instead of flatting off. River bet is a very valuey bet from him

Is a small 3b-fold really bad?

Think that's gonna be my line..

Unless I've misread it, it look like we have less than 20bb so 3 bet fold is kinda out of the question.

Making the 3bet here with 20bb also looks super strong and looks like your trying to sneak some value. YOu can make these moves work. Just finding the right spot.
