Personally i would be making my flop bet larger more of a 3/4 pot size bet due to draws, and looking at a check/jam on the turn vs a random. player.
If the guy then checks behind and the river is a brick i value bet (if i know he will call light) and i would check if i knew he would bet his  missed draws on the river.

If the river brings a diamond or a over card i think  i have to check call depending on the size of his river bet.

Certain tournies should have them. These bigger events shouldn't!!

playing the WSOP structure with 50k stacks. Not sure but is the ME  a re entry?!  Wink

As for people saying well if i get a bad beat and have traveled 3 hours etc etc to play and they went out to bad play. So be it, its poker if you cant get used to a donkey knocking you out don't play poker... Simple's. Yes its annoying but its part of the game there is always the next event to play. If you cnat handle going out early then don't travel the distance to play.

Bedi out, and it was sick.

Andy opened and Maurice Nicholson called before George shipped 25bb with Q-10. Andy then made it 100k with 9-9 and Maurice called all in.

The flop was Q high but the turn was a K and the river a brick...Maurice had K-6 to scoop!

Super 50? Cheesy

Going to throw my opinion out there, i think the advice given was given based on the hand and making the 'correct decision' irrespective of money.

By saying it's only a $11 tournament makes it sound like you think thats a low level so you can just call off, i agree at these stakes you would probably see him showing up with AK a fair few times as ive seen it happen at these stakes alot. However by playing these stakes, it must be the right level for your current BR, so you shouldn't let the cost affect your decision.

Therefore making the correct decision is important, in this case a fold is fine, try not to worry about the buy in level, and concentrate on making the right decisions at the right time at all stake levels.

This is not my stake level Wink and not my hand. I put the entry amount up as it normally swaps peoples opinions Which i believe it shouldn't make no diffeence, the only time i believe something should justify a call  is the villain. I was putting on another Forum that i believe it was a fold but they was all saying its a call due to the over shove. But they was not and still not having it. so i posted here where i know we have some very good players so i could so them its not just me that believe its a fold. But i can't say to much they play for points and freerolls Tongue they wont mind me putting that there all my mates Cheesy

If the player is a absolute lunitic would you stilll Folfl the 43bb shove on the flop even though your flop equity is 75% vs a random hand?
Or would your stack size come into play here as well as the equity?
