Hulme 60,000 Vincent calls 60,000 Tomlin all in 1.3m on the button Fold fold Shows and slams down I am completely baffled Rastafish said "I don't want the race" Sorry but from what I've observed in the past, his game is 90% luck and 10% speech play. He has no game. He knock you out of a tourney recently then? I can safely say that he has never knocked me out of a tournament! He took some chips off me in the Monte Carlo late last year, by hitting runner runner (what's new!) 197k winnings he is doing something right like Definate case of rather be lucky then good! Wish i was lucky. Snap

Poker Forums / The Rail / Best site for Training/coaching?? Also ghosting
|
on: May 07, 2012, 12:12:13 AM

Does anyone here have any experience in using any of the poker training sites as in Pokerpawnage, Pokerxfactor, cardrunners or any of these. Im looking at joining one and i would like some feedback from anyone who has actually used them and if there worth it?
Ideally it would be specifically for MTTs. I used to have a coach that helped me on a regular basis where we would run Mikogo HH session and just run through alot of calculations and all that, but due to Reporting Poker now instead of playing ( God knows why as he earn't loads playing) i need to keep on learning and expanding my knowledge while keeping my poker brain fresh. So if anyone knows of any sites they have used please could you give me a few hints on which you found best.
Also if anyone here does regular videos or session i would love to ghost in to improve my own and anyone elses game and vice versa for me to do a couple of sessions if a group of us wnat to get together. Im all about learning more as you can never learn to much of this game!

c/f to many kings in his range here. I personally would of made it more of a bigger check raise on the turn though. pot was £203 and you made it £105 to call just a little more then half pot.
Personally i like to make my hand look like a bluff and use my image here especially when the 9 hits pretending it has helped us, if he knows you capable of repping any scare card without it I think you can and would get more value on the turn. i will write down evrything proper when i wake up though as im to tired and cant think. lol

Personally i think he has slow played a set.... like everyone says you have blockers to his back door flush espsecially with him callling the flop unless he has As but i cant see this in his range especially as you said he dwells up on the river... Easy snap call for myself here.. What did you actually do? did you see his hand?

Hi All
Friday Day1f of the Grand Prix broke the previous record for entries with 651 bringing the total to 2325 creating a prizepool of £116,250. 353 returned for Day 2 and we recently made the money, 234 will be getting paid with the winner receiving €21,913.
We have decided to Super Size the Grand Prix, so the next one will have €5 Golden Chip satellites, a €120 buy in and more importantly a €200,000 guarantee!!! Satellites start in a weeks time after next weekends £200,000 guaranteed £500 Deepstack.
Cheers

Huge love this!! will the stack sizes differ though? Why would they? Stacks and structure were pretty good IMHO, average stayed in the 30BB range for pretty much the duration I think. Justbecause the buyin is more why not??? I agree the strucrture was goood just wondered if it might be deeper stacks thats all....My bad. No offence was intended Lee, but more chips and same structure, even starting at 50/100 would extend the length of the tourney by quite a bit and we played to level 35 as it was Not so much as an attempt at veiling..... No problem mate. Just wondered as he simon said he was super sizing it. Did not know if that ment stacks as well

I was really suprised he picked Nani>>>>Valencia, didn't understand that at all. Valencia is by far your best midfielder and Nani is so inconsistent.
Didnt understand why on earth he waited until the 80th minute to take him off he had a shocking game..
