Brandon Adams knew he worked the insurance out wrong so gave him 4/1, chop is always no action. He also said "I'm only betting jack or 9"

I'd also make the 4bet bigger, if he's spewing off like this let him spew more of his stack trying to hit 3 outs. There's a lot of dead money out for you to pick up and you could just make it look like AK because you're making a pot sized raise.

Problem is the donk lead, if he donks a fair % with bluffs then I'd call/call/call. Considering how spewy he sounds seeing as he's losing I'd probably just call anyway and sigh when I see  or w/e.

Personally I can't give someone with 60% VPIP spewing off credit for an ace when I hold KK, unless I have a super read.

Housemates are in a ridic sleeping pattern of going to bed at like 9am and waking at 6, so today I decided to kill the afternoon by playing a big mtt schedule. Now I never EVER play MTTs online, sometimes play the scoop and wcoops, but basically never.

So was pretty random, but have played about 15 so far, got one left, a $55 12k GTD, which I'm currently 3/7 in, with 2.5k ftw. Finding it pretty exciting to be honest, might do this more often!

986  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / KK awful horrible rage inducing spot on: March 23, 2012, 05:28:43 PM
So I'm playing in the 1/2 last night at DTD, I'm absolutely card dead and maybe slightly tilting because of it. I'm playing tight cause of my horrible seat position and it looks like I'm so exploitable cause of this.

Two villains in this hand, V1 is Tom Walster (Who's winning the absolute lot) and V2 is who I assume is Leicesterfish who's losing ~£1500, both cover me I'm the effect stack with about £350.

It's the LAST hand of the night so I'm expecting to get action when I pick up   UTG in a straddled pot, I make it £20 to go, folds to V1 in the small blind who peels, leicesterfish peels, and other tom in the straddle peels.

Pot ~£80:

Checked to leicesterfish who donk leads for £50, folds to me and honestly I'm hoping he's got a bare ten or a flush draw, I call hoping to just jam the blank on the turn, if it's a heart then I just pay the guy off, I'd already decided. What I didn't expect is Tom to check-raise to £200, leicesterfish then IMMEDIATELY moves in for around £370.

Obviously tom is calling at this point so what are the thoughts here? Leicesterfish only has a draw here 100% of the time. Tom is my worry, it's played like a set but it's very hard for him to have a set here so I think it's most likely he has       kind of hand.

I won't say what I did, but what do you guys do here?
987  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: Fun board run out on: March 21, 2012, 01:02:12 PM
Because of how sopping wet the board is I'd pot bet this on both streets, you're only getting called by worse hands OTR bar like KQ (?!) or AQ.

River?

- sigh
- check/fold
- hate life

Hope you did c/f river chief Wink

Rob do you guys have any ideas at all for the cash bonus? Or just looking for inspiration?

If you have guidelines for us to stick too then I'm sure us blondes could come up with something Smiley

In the meantime, guess I'm stepping up to 1/2 capped Shocked
