There are two stages of being old:
You know you are getting old when you describe a modern song as "just noise".
You know you are old when, when asked your age, you tell them how old you will be next year.
I'm still 0 for 2 there so all good.
Alex, are/were you at Cambridge Uni or is that where you were born and raised?
Born/raised. went to uni in nottingham Ah OK. I was at Pembroke 2002-5. I actually started playing Texas Holdem there in what would probably be the Cambridge equivalent of Doyle/Puggy/Sailor/Amarillo Slim dodging the robbers and the police. Except we were playing for fivers and playing out of sight of the porters. On reflection, nothing like them. Also, we were rubbish. It did at least give me an early insight into what it is like playing with "Mathmo"s. Great city, tho. Loved it there.

Saw the Dark Knight Rises tonight. The Dark Knight is probably my favourite film of all time, and its prequel, batman begins, is in the top 10. So needless to say, I was seriously excited about the finale.
And I wasn't disappointed. It was awesome. Anne Hathaway's "Catwoman" character was incredible and the inclusion of half the cast of Inception was brilliant. Won't give any spoilers, but it's seriously worth watching, on a level with the dark knight I think. RISE!
Is she better than Michelle Pfeiffer? I love the madness of that film, although Keaton < Other Batmen! Before my time I'm ashamed to say I've been reading tons of info about all the Batman films ever made and the general consensus is that Pfeiffer owns that role and no-one will come close. I guess I just think Hathaway is very hot. FML I'm only 28! "Before my time" is not what you want to read!

No bets for the World Matchplay Darts. No love for Wayne Mardle?
It's 11-1 bar Taylor, so value if anyone fancies anyone who isn't Mr T. Don't think Chisnall is fair at 2nd Favourite. He has beaten Taylor of course, but there are a lot of people throwing 100+ 3 dart averages now and he's not better than Lewis, Wade or Whitlock. Does the darts Corry see value in Kevin Painter at 94-1 on Betfair?

Overhyped beyond belief and his antics yesterday were a disgrace. lol,you will see They said the same about Mayweather at this point in his career Maybe I will but thus far he hasn't fought anyone that could be remotely termed as world class. I also saw Ponce De Leon give him a lot of problems. He may turn out to be special but I'll wait until he beats someone of substance before I get carried away. This. Also, a lot of people get compared to Mayweather. Stats say he's an explosive fighter. So was Prince Naseem. Then he went to Vegas...

Regarding all the sports personality chat, is there market on Team of the Year? If so, is Team Sky worth a shout? If Wiggins isn't destined to win the overall SPOTY, this could be presentedas a cconsolation.
Can't see any markets yet. I bet they will be short odds though! There would still be Chelsea, Man City, England Cricket Team, Welsh Rugby Team plus any Olympic performances against them.
