I can very highly recommend the Dukan, currently 6 weeks in and have lost over 1.5 stones from a starting weight of 13.5 stone. Aiming to lose another 0.5 stone then consolidate the weight. As I spend hours sitting in a car all day with lack of exercise this diet is excellent since only light walking is recommended.

Did the tea go over the keyboard. If so there's a good chance that some of the keys won't be working on the keyboard, you can try plugging an external keyboard in then try entering your password. If all else fails throw it against the wall, count to ten and then let off as many expletives as necessary followed up by a visit to PC World or Comet.
