Cheers for the comments, over the past few months I have tried to spread my knowledge from the top 4 leagues in England top the top flights of other European games (mainly because it's actually a lot easier to watch those games more regularly). I've been mainly following La Liga, Primeira Liga, Ligue Un & (Not-european) Liga MX meaning I get to watch a couple of games a week on Bet365.
Great stuff.
Are you able to keep your head above water in these Leagues & nick a few bob? Not prying, don't want actual numbers, I just find it fascinating how so many folks think outside the box & try to find niche markets, this really is "working hard" to find an angle.
We will have a little dabble on that match shortly.
Just about yes, there's 2 (EPL & Portuguese League) out of the 4 I make the profit on the other two I'm generally a bit below break even but hoping that will even it's self out over time, depending on how many more shock (to me) results there are in the Mexican league.
Oh and Milli, I'll be back in your thread when I've got a bit more disposable income at the minute I'm scrimping and saving just to get any sort of bets on so spinning up from £10 to £50 and I'll be considering banking it, not really in the spirit of the thread!

I have a tip for football this evening if I may Tikay.
Pacos Ferreira v Estoril (Home win between 2.0 - 2.05).
Recommended bet £10-£20
Pacos Ferreira have been the surprise package of the Portugese league this season currently sitting in 4th place (partly to do with their good form and partly because of Sporting Lisbon's poor form). They take on a team tonight in Estoril who've not been on a great run and are sitting in 8th (a lot higher than expected for this season, having just been promoted). Pacos Ferreira's last 6 reads W3 L3 not that spectacular in plain numbers but when considering that the three losses were against Sporting Lisbon (under a new manager), Benfica and Porto it shows that they've been able to bounceback from those with wins in the other 3 against Academica, Gil Vicente & Moreirense. Compare this with Estoril's form of W1 DR2 L3 in the last 6, a good draw was picked up against Porto at the start of those 6 games but since then they've lost to lowly Nacional & Gil Vicente, the only game they won was against relegation threatened Beira-Mar and that was a slim 1-0 victory away from home.
In the head to heads these teams have met 8 times with Pacos taking 4 and the sides drawing 4 meaning that Estoril have never beaten Pacos. Couple this with the last 6 games of each team (I don't like to look back much further) Pacos Ferreira have
There are also no injury concerns for Pacos that I have found. They did play a game midweek in the cup but this shouldn't affect there preparation and there should be no need for major rotation as after tonight they have a full week until there next game.
Just posted this in another thread but wanted to draw attention to the regulars of this thread to it. 8/15 for Villa not to concede from a set piece tonight, found out this is a telephone only market with Bet365 but thought there might be some interest here as it seems very good value to me.
Thanks Biloxi, & welcome to the Thread, your first Post here I believe, though I've seen you in the Dastardly Nits Thread.
How did you come to use that weird alias - is there a tale behind it?
I have no idea if that bet is value or not, & Mr Bet365 will not accommodate me at the best of times, but maybe some other lads will fancy a bit.
Bit weird they offer a "Telephone Only" Market, given it is so costly to do telephone betting as opposed to Internet, which has a far lower cost base. Guess they have a cunning motive somewhere.
Cheers tikay, I'm not sure why it's telephone only but I've just had a small nibble at £30 myself. As for the alias it's a combination of two Gaslight Anthem songs, Biloxi Parish & Desire, I found that it was pretty much free everywhere I wanted to sign up to as it has no real meaning/makes any sense!
Biloxi, TGA is in that Biffy Clyro bracket of post-punk, long wet hair and tattoos that I find a bit too forgettable. TGA I'd put above Biffy, mind (I know there are some Biffy-lovers on these boards...). However, they did do this, which I'd put next to Kaiser Chiefs' version of Heard It Through The Grapevine in the musical faux-pas folder:
Yeah, not a big fan of any of the covers they've done. Got tickets to see them in Leeds in March and saw them in Birmingham in October. Not a fan of Biffy Clyro at all though.
Regarding the bet, Danny Shittu from a corner, very disappointingly, seems the odds were better value than expected but that doesn't always mean it's going to be a winner.

In order to get those odds wouldn't most teams have to be around the 2/1 mark pre-match? Does that not put you off in these cases or do the in-play stats persuade you otherwise?
Cheers for the reply, looks like it'll be finishing 1-1 now, Betis not really troubling unfortunately. An expensive lesson for jumping in too quickly .
Evening all, new here but read through a lot of this thread and going to give this a go. Looking to pay for a Holiday so trying the spin up to £500 using the OD4D method.
