Apparently it's doing it without HEM running now, so I just can't access Party at all...
The exact same thing kept happening to me until last week when it randomly stopped. It would do it even if I didn't have any other software open. No idea what is causing it or if it will start doing it again, but every other poker software works fine on my computer...
That is not the reponse I was looking for Melissa. Sort it out for me. I need to do some donating
Did you fill out that crash report that pops up? It could be a coincidence, but I think mine started working after I filled that in

This doesn't greatly affect me personally, but I do think it is a poor business decision from party.
The extra traffic that they will gain from the few recreational and live players out there playing an extra two times a week will be minimal and most likely temporary. The loss from the regs who were playing every day and decide to leave will be far greater and permanent.
The sad thing is that party didn't really need to do anything about HUDs. It is already an incredibly soft site and if numbers are falling, it won't be because games are tough and it won't be because of HUDs - the games are more than easily beatable without them.
It's a shame, but I think their volume will take a drastic hit, both tournaments and cash games.
Today, the table captain at the local Grosvenor, a 19 year old earphone dangling ninja, who has been playing 80% of pots, at least a dozen dark, met the arrival of the valet with the words...
"Hello. Can I have a milk, please...with ice?"
That's not that odd. I've ordered coke and milk together before. It's quite nice.
Java won't download/update on my computer, so that means that partypoker isn't updating on my computer either. I don't even get into the log in page and I can't play the instant play in my browser without Java.
I've been playing some tournaments on my phone for the team challenge, but now it won't let me register for any tournaments unless I'm buying in with a ticket. I can play cash games fine but when I try to register for a tournament it says 'Sorry, you could not be registered.' I definitely have enough $ in my account to play the tournaments so I don't know why it won't let me play.
I feel like AA and KK would be good candidates to 'just' call with here. Not always, but a decent percentage/most of the time. Still undecided on best option with AK. AKo might be a fold imo, quite nitty, but not necessarily wrong.
I do agree that Farage's pantomime elements are what made me dislike him at first and not be able to take him seriously. He reminded me of my old boss and he was a complete clown. Not someone I would trust to run a country.
The time I actually started to come round to him was when I heard him in a Q&A thing on TV, where he was in a more serious mood and I actually listened to what he was saying rather than just watching his antics. Had I have not seen that side to Farage, I would still very much dislike him.
Would be happy with Boris or Theresa May for deputy PM and eventually leader of the Conservative party. I like Boris for deputy now but would probably prefer Theresa May as leader in 5 years time.
Strange statements side by side, as Boris clearly happy with his clowning personna, which goes against what you said about Nige.
Nige will never get any form of power. I think before it gets to that, some of their issues will get watered down and adopted by the Tories(just my humble opinion).
Boris I also like.
I have briefly met Nige and Cameron. I know who i would rather share a beer with. Doesn't make either a great leader, but helps to endear themselves nonetheless if you feel they aren't just shaking your hand because they feel they have to.
I do like Boris, whilst he has a personality and is a very likeable character, he still strikes me as someone that is capable of leading a country (although would still be my second choice for conservatives). I think he is very different to Farage and his less serious side is far more watered-down than Farage's is.
However, I think you may be misinterpreting my view on Farage. My initial opinion of him was one of dislike. I only saw and knew him for his more 'clown' side rather than his serious side until very recently. Once I saw his serious side, I started to warm to him and side with him a little more.
Being a Tory supporter, Boris has been on my immediate horizon a lot longer than Farage has - I have only taken interest in him in the run-up to the election - rather than with Boris who I have simply had more exposure to over the last 4/5 years. So as for them both clowning around sometimes, I agree. However I simply think that I have had more time to get used to Boris and have seen more interviews showing his more serious side too, whilst I have only seen very limited of Farage. My initial reaction towards Farage (and UKIP MP's in general) was not positive, however my opinion has changed slightly in the last few weeks.

I predict that Nigel Farage resigning will be bad for the UKIP campaign in the future. Whilst I would never vote UKIP purely cause I am very pro EU, my opinion has changed of him towards the positive throughout the run-up to this election and he does talk sense on a lot of policies. I'm not sure who would be able to lead UKIP and stir up British politics in the way that he has. Like BigAdz said above, without Farage, it might be the beginning of the end for them.
Also such a shame about Nick Clegg resigning too. I do think he is a good leader and there don't seem to be any clear candidates that will step up for the Liberal Democrats. People have been very hard on them this election.
I think Harriet Harman would be a great Labour leader and I think the outcome would have been quite different today if she was leading instead of Ed Milliband.
Having said all this, I'm very much a Tory supporter so obviously thrilled with the result of this election
Definitely folding pre as standard. AJo is far too weak of a hand to call in this situation, I don't think it can be profitable vs a reg at all.
Also, as other people have mentioned, the range you have assigned them seems way off. I wouldn't expect a reg to be 3betting TT, JT, 88, 78 etc on the BTN vs UTG. I'd give them a far more narrow range, like AA-KK, AKs (maybe QQ) and bluff combos like A5s, A4s and AJo etc as opposed to suited connectors because vs UTG, the BTN will want to have blockers with their bluff 3-betting range due to UTG's range (presumably) being strong.
River is also an easy fold imo. Pretty ambitious to think you are good here often enough.
I am one of the 'indifferent' people. Won't play the casino games, but don't mind them being there. If people kick off about this, then it's a bit silly, nearly every other poker site has casino games and sports betting anyway.
