Anyone have any thoughts for tonights game.  My instincts are saying Jacksonville are looking the better team after a terrible start.

Any love for Palace tonight? I was on unders in the West Ham v Fulham game at the weekend and feel a little raw that it never got home I though the hammers looked woeful and doubt they would have score those goals against anyone in the league.

I would have preferred Pullis got off to a decent start but it wasn't to be but I am marginally interested in sticking with him I think, he and Olly might actually have made the perfect double act.

Palace in the games I watched previously looked ok on the ball but a little disorganised and missing a natural scorer at this level. If Pullis gets them organised and working as a team then he might turn things around and tonight could be the start of that.

Twigg scores first, wd Kmac.
Why did Twigg leave Rovers?Did he get a good job up North?

No love for New Zealand:( evens all gone anyway.

Was to do with his wife AFAIK.
I think also that Portadown were the only team up in the north to offer him a full time wage.

I always thought Fenlon would have taken him to Hibs.

I knew of him at schoolboy level, he played with Celtic boys but was playing for his School at under 18 when he was only 12. I believe the move to Derby set him back a good few years.

Gary Twigg anytime scorer in Sky's live NI premiership game looks a good bet at 7/5.

A player I rate highly at this level and has scored goals wherever he has been. Good on the ground with both feet and has a good physical presence in the air.

I wouldn't put anyone off him for FGS.

I think a few Irish boys who post in this thread and if any if them were fans of Shamrock Rovers they will testify as to what a good player he is.

Celtic team looks devoid of any creativity and width today. Unless there is a backlash from a less than impressive European campaign - which I don't expect - they will struggle at Tynecastle. I have backed under 2.5 and under 3.5 both seem to represent value in my opinion.

I have also backed over 4.5 cards. Celtic team quite combative and a few players who like to pick up bookings. I thought the u/o would be closer to 6.

Public, most likely without a gaming permit.  I am involved in a small business and the guy who operates it has a few fruit machines at present in our waiting area but I think the newer type machines would be more profitable.

Hi Peeps,

I am looking to buy a few gaming machines can anyone point me in the direction of an individual/company who would be selling?

I am looking for fairly modern ones that have decent jackpots. I wouldn't mind something like you get in the bookies these days with the option of multiple games.

TIA for any help.

Should we be getting on unders in the Dallas v Giants game as it's less likely to be a shoutout than normal?

I backed unders in the Ravens game. Should be on but would have preferred that Hail Mary not getting there.

A sobering thought for the top 3 bet in Spain

""The league is boring as the top three are so much better" Getafe's Luis Garcia after 7-0 Atletico defeat.

One time for the champs league!

Think this is quite a telling comment actually.  Nobody ever used to include Atletico in this.   They are that good.  They might even be better than Madrid this year.

There's been discussions on Sky's La Liga Revisited on how they could be Spains best chance of winning the CL this season.

The manager is a genius. Still underrated imo.

And in Arda Turan they have one of the best players in Europe.

Typical that on the Scottish League stuff the one Fred missed was the winner. Unlucky on the Aberdeen misread the unders that was mentioned by me and backed up by snowball looked nailed on in the 89th minute but also failed to hold.

Sadly with Morton I think our fate was known as soon as they drifted from the 5/4 to 8/5.  I spoke with a friend last night who actually pays to watch Morton and to say he was disgusted would be an understatement, he says it was the worse they had played this season.

For me personally yesterday was poor overall but some of my longer term bets were helped.

Yeah, a misread by me on Aberdeen, but the same result.

How do you explain that Morton drift? Any Team News in particular? If not, what?

There was nothing adverse in the team news.  I speculated that the Morton players might have been going for the Christmas bonus and although made in jest I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that was the case there have certainly been murmurings in the past of this type of behaviour. However when they are in the position they are at the moment I would be expecting some dig and fight.

I just wrote a wordy post lost my 3G and post disappeared.

Montrose 11/10 I made them a shade of odds on.
Stranraer 8/13 I made them 4/7 would have backed them at shorter.

Mini-Banzai? Don't know what that means but if I have it right then Brechin @ 7/2 are bigger than they should be.

I flagged up McBookie last week and RedArmi liked them. So if Fred doesn't have an account he should get one.

They go 16/5 Brechin, 15/2 Aberdeen.

They are more inline with the prices I made Montrose and Stranraer though :-(

Tikay, can I suggest one before team news comes out.

Morton were 11/8 earlier in the week and even first thing this morning that could still be found but there seems to have been a bit of a move for them.  The 5/4 with Ladbrokes is a stand out the now.  I opposed them last time when they played Queen of the South but by all accounts it wasn't the worse game they had played and although failing to score they did have a number of shots which is better that what they had being doing.   Morton were unlucky last season and for much of the season were title contenders this season has been poor but they might be about to turn the corner.  £30 @ 5/4 seems reasonable here.  If we can't get the 5/4 I would be inclined to leave it.

They are at home to Livingston who are woeful.

Morton are 2.6 on betfair+8/5 with sportingbet.

Weird.  They were all shorter when I checked before posting.   Betty was 2.23.

Morton players going for the Christmas bonus and lumped the lot on Livingston?
