Great stuff Stuart smashing the January goal.
Friday 14 Jan - 13:8:2
Good week overall, did a whole lot of exercise, averaged about 10.5k steps.
Food was mostly good with a sprinkling of not so good. Not so good = some chocolate orange + a take away lunch whilst pressed for time mid week. The temptation was a bit to much for a chicken burger and chips😁
F**k that. We can all smash goals when we set the bar like we're going for a world record limbo. Does that even make sense? Sure, you are already at your personal goal for the month with two weeks to spare. Mostly was a compliment to a fine effort given you were isolating.

Ha, was heavier than I expected. Weighed in at 95kg, 15 stone. I am pretty sure I was a lot lighter than this when running more regularly 3 months ago. I had got down from 38 inch waste to 34, but no idea how much I weighed then, but 36 is still fine.
Going to aim to run more regularly amd get down to 14 stone over the next couple of months, and aim to do a 35 minute 5k. I got down to 36 before, but couldn't even beat 40 first run back. I think this was just lack of fitness as I just blew up in the last 2k, and was doing near 7 minute splits at the start, and basically had to walk the last 2km.
It’s amazing how quickly you get into the swing of things. It will be no time at all till you are back to your previous times and levels of fitness. Great to see you on board and with all that running you will soon be at your target weight.

Looking to do 10k steps a day the forthcoming week/ drink more water and less sugar free drinks.

Sat January 1st: Starting Weight 14:3:2
Friday would be the best day for updates, just in time for the weekend!
Target weight: 12:6
Goals for January;
Plenty of exercise, 3 runs a week / walk instead of taking car if possible
No junk and very restricted takeaways, no more than 2 in the month.
Little or no alcohol.
Fist update will be this Friday.
Good luck all in a healthy start to 22.

With Christmas out of the way and the New Year fast approaching it's that's time of year again...
If we can get a few contributors involved we can help each other be healthier and fitter in 2022.
Having targets and a weekly weigh in will help support and encourage each other to achieve those goals along the way.
It would be great to see as many involved as possible.

So sorry to hear this, RIP Mike.
Was such a great guy, met him at the partypoker event at Hampden a few years back, was just as he appeared on TV genuine, engaging and a top bloke.
