Hoping someone can help with the name of a film, I’m trying to track down.

It was set in the medieval period, possibly to do with the War of The Roses.

In the film there are two different fractions, one represented by a white rose the other by a red rose.

They are enemies and at war with each other.

Pretty sure there is a scene with a lady trying to escape, cutting her hair short to disguise herself as a man before riding off on a horse.

It would have been made in the 70s or 80s.

Thanks

On a positive note, no Eurovision this year.

Player disappeared, never to be seen again is my understanding.

There was talk by players of pushing the casino for compo, but it was all very hush hush.

I’m not sure if anything was ever paid to any player, presumably there must have been something as there was a core of players who played there religiously.

All in all, for making the front page of the Daily Record and the alleged amount of money involved here this really didn’t get much traction by the poker community.

By comparison, current events surrounding the Postle case have electrified poker forums through out the world.

Whoops GGd 10:30 already, my bad.

Iso'd 67hh versus a limper BB caled as did limper.

Flop is  Two Diamonds

BB + Limper checks and we bet 60%ish pot. It's such dry flop expects to get folds here a whole bunch. Didn't quite work out as planned, called in 2 spots.

Turn is a  , beautiful turn. It checks to us and we check?! Don't like this check at all.

River is the delightful, almost delightful,

BB X's, our limper friend bets 365 exactly half pot. The question is how much do we raise, exploitativly I went all in - it's also a bounty hunter and we cover him, i think he can can call reasoanbly wide, it's Saturday night after all. He had the Ace 8 for the nut flush.

The massive raise isn't the best to be fair should have made it 1.2k and folded to a raise.

Apart from that hand, really enjoyed the night.

Was unlucky not to hold with KK > AQ in the Sheriff, and if we had won the flip AK>JJ we would have had a top 4 stack approcaching the bubble.

Really enjoyed tonight, despite unfortunatly not making a profit.

Cashes= £47.81

Returns £4.78

Will send tomorrow, Dan if you can mesg me with bank details pls.

And that's a wrap folks.

oops jinxed it, next hand was all in again with AK>JJ for 140k pot and lost the flip. Left us with 20k and were gone a couple of hands later.

GG'd 9pm also, opened KK otb with about 21bb, SB jammed with AQ, flopped a queen and rivered an ace.

1 game to go. £47.81 cashes so far.

We also picked up 2 bounties in the 8pm in the last hour.

3.5 9pm from 5k starting stack, had  abit of a mishap last hand before the break.

8pm, 30k @ 1/2k bb 47/61, 24 paid.

Was up to 50k at peak and back down to 20k.

Opened AA, one caller, a guy loving his Saturday night poker.

Flop 558hh, we bet he calls, Turn Ace we check - it's hard for him to be able to call and he loves a bet. He bets, we call. River the last delicious ace, as with turn we need to check, he bets 10k and folds to our 13k jam - so must have been complete air.
