It’s the first time I’ve experienced something like it. So I’m just wondering if this happens often.

Sounds to me like you're focusing on the business of winning and not on the reason everyone else in the game is playing.

That's not a criticism - you're in it to make money - but it is an explanation.

I think it was the few players who organise it, do so to make money.  I do not play for a living, I have a full time job. For context all the players in the game have been playing for over a decade. The few who orgainse it play for a income.

I have recently experienced this and it got me thinking. Is it common for winning players not to be invited back or “not welcome” to small stakes cash games? Is table talk simply frowned apon to the point the game may as well be a home game on Stars?

Sheering the sheep to fast is bad for the game, and raising with non premium hands such as 5677 single suited is bad etiquette and annoying? Because it cracks AAxx single suited...

Tipping the dealer at the end of the session my loose 1 pound chips is showing the regs up and again moaned about.

I’ve recently got back into the cash game scene so in many ways a new player to the game. Are only losing players welcome back?

If this is the case local small stakes games are going to dry out in a few years time.

Love the updates Tikay.

You seem to travel around a fair bit and always seem to find something interesting and unique.

Always makes me realize how little I know about the world and what it has to offer.

That is a fair point Red-Dog- I shouldn't have taken the bait and opened the bidding.

I only did so as Mark commented on a youtuber pricing it at 500 EURO.

If a price cannot be agreed I would like to bid!

Will be a nice addition to my collection.

^^^^^

In my world this is called stepping on someone's toes and is much frowned upon.

this is not a criticism BTW, just an observation. It seems fine by Joe Public so who am I to judge.

Not really... Actually not at all. I stated that if a price cannot be agreed. Hence saying if Terry and Mark don't agree a price I would bid for it. it is hardly jumping to the front.

There is one going on EBAY (Germany) for 250 EUROS. I was going to offer around £250 for it if that helps.

I just think if you are a rec and playing for fun you can spend your disposable income on what ever you want to. You're not playing for a living. I get it if you say right I have x amount of disposable income and I want to use x% of that on poker and I want to manage that amount to allow me to play as many tournaments as possible. Just in my mind that takes the fun out of it worry about how many buy ins you have. Its a hobby so just play whatever you are comfortable with.
