I have had the tournament returned as Tournament Dollars. I would just like to thank everyone at DTD who helped to make this happen.

Much respect!

Good luck with your Skypoker comp Tony.

Students of psychology & human nature would reap a rich harvest from the "Party Poker Down" thread. Some people took it in their stride, to others it was the end of the world.

After reading this I went back and read the comments. My comments in particular come across like a baby throwing his toys out the pram...

Not intentional though, must of been emotional :-)

Just Reading back the Party Poker down thread, and have noticed I've come across as a bit of a "insert whatever cockish word"

I guess I was a bit more stressed out about the situation than I first thought, and very needy.

Need to watch what I write and how I write things in the future as words don't lie I suppose.

I would tend to 4 bet this out of position here in most spots pre flop. By flatting, your not folding out hands your ahead of, and minimise your loses when your behind.

Might be my favourite line ever.

Loving the Sarcasm!

Any update on this Glenn? I tried to contact support this morning and was advised a decision had not yet been made.

I think you may have dodged a bullet with the Yogurt shop there. A couple of them have opened the last year or so in Bedford, and didn't last 6 months before closing.

I would tend to 4 bet this out of position here in most spots pre flop. By flatting, your not folding out hands your ahead of, and minimise your loses when your behind. But at the same time play the hand as a bluff catcher/set mining. To me the hand played like AK suited for a busted flush draw or a flopped house (maybe.... would of checked the flop if he had 88) only hands which shove the river, unless madness creeps in...

I don't know just some thoughts....

congrats DTD and everyone who has worked to get this resolved in the interest of the players.

You will have almost all of my future business!

change of attitude from Party poker now. They informed me that, the relevant department is dealing with the case and will email me once a decision has been made.

Be interesting to see if they can just refund the £165 and start again. I personally will never play anything on partypoker over a 1p initial buy in if they don't. Really hope this gets sorted in a positive fashion.

I think I agree with this sadly..... Whenever I try and talk to the live response team the just boot me off.
