It's going to be at DTD, our sponsors.

I/We have also had bad experiences with people being "overly drunk" and causing problems at events, but then i'm an old git ;-)

Sounds good to me.......

(Not the overly drunk people ruining it for others)

Nice idea    ....      only choose DTD comps and then get 'Rob's Mob' to note that the entrant is only entitled to 30% of any winnings - easy!

Not sure if DTD have many 5K buy in comps though. Could work for the WPT main though with travel and spending money included.

If the person made the money it would be split as follows

The buy in is returned to the blonde escro for another player to have an opportunity

This is the only bit I can see a problem with. The escrow service works great for ensuring the player gets the money but how can you be sure he'll give the winnings back?

Also, there is a core of regulars on here I would trust. What if a newish person or someone that we generally don't know that well has a big score? I'm not my trust goes that far...

Could always type up terms and conditions and a legally binding contact for nothing

this sounds interesting to me. Would be happy to participate, not sure who would collect the cash or witness the draw.

It's a bit like a lottery for a good cause, maybe it can be done at the next blonde bash

Up for this defiantly. Don't mind if it's a small comp or a larger one as long as enough notice is given. Would prefer DTD as the venue though. I

Do we need photo ID to play in the UKIPT in Nottingham?

I guess this would go under the improvement section. You cant seem to unregister from a tournament when it still has 10 minutes left to start. Issue came about due to going deep in an earlier comp and only being able to single table on the Tablet. I found that i blinded out of the second tournament until i was finished with the primary one.

Also I'm sure this is already on the radar with Party but being able to multi table on tablets would be useful.

Thanks, was a bit concerned about the traceability part and using the link on the site.

I've signed up to Partypoker this week off the back of the DTD merge. However not through the link on the DTD website. If I'm lucky enough to bink the Sunday Comp will I still get the VIP Package?
703  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Official partypoker UK Constructive Player Feedback (to Rob) on: February 04, 2015, 05:23:18 PM
If the random number is predictable - ie you can predict what cards are going to come out, why don't you stay on ipoker and make all the monies?

The random number generator seemed less predictable than the Ipoker also.

Just wanted to quote this!

As stupid as that may sound, it is indeed the truth Sir!

I would suggest you go back and read my originally post, and the circumstances I described.....

Anyway this is getting off topic, probably best to move this somewhere else or just not continue.

I signed up an account last night on party poker to give it a nice test run and am happy to say the software ran miles more smoother than and Ipoker account I have ever had. They had a wider range of tournaments than Ipoker, and also had more cash games running. The random number generator seemed less predictable than the Ipoker also. (Lost count how many times I have called out turn and river cards based on flop texture, and Villain's Hole cards in all in situations).

I will only be using this to pay satellites and day 1's online if I cant get to the club, and it is still early days, but it seems like a step in the right direction to me.

Looking forward to seeing and playing some satellites later on this month!
