I recently did a total format and reinstall using windows 7.

It all works beautifully but for some reason it will only work when the DVD is in the drive and won't start from my hard disk.

Anybody know of there's a way of fixing this or do I need to reinstall again and try not to click a wrong button somewhere?

I've trawled the net for an answer but can't find anything so thought I'd try the blonde experts.

I've only got a masters degree in computing so I'm not too good with these things.

The bit when you first turn it on and it says "press X to enter setup" usually delete or F8. But if it worked before and you didn't change it it seems rather odd.

What error do you get when the DVD isn't in the drive?

It doesn't seem to bad too me. The ball is moving a bit but I haven't seen anything too drastic or balls keeping low.

Did you used to run the one in Notts with the same name or is it just a coincidence?

Heard the best way to level up is to use the specialist streaks and hardline, so I'll give that a go later.

Probably that no one has got used to the guns/perks/kill streaks yet.

Think billy has prestiged already...

Loving it so far, feels like MW2 but better.

Only had an hour or so on it mind.

One thing that might not be the best decision is the weapon training thingy, just seems odd that you get kills with a gun to unlock attachments and make it better. We'll see on that one.

The support kill streaks are great for my play style (i.e. CHARGE!) and are the type of things I'd use anyway. There's another type of streak I haven't unlocked yet, sounds like it might be something nicked from altitude though - i.e. you get more perks as you get more kills.

What are pluggins?

Are they safe to download, are they power hungry, are they always running in the background when your not using them and are they easy to get rid of?
