The asterisk issue is a mute point, being that the 2 asterisks for the main event have been incorporated into the 3 asterisks as 4% was clearly taken from the prizepool in both tournaments.

You have misunderstood how the asterisk referencing system works. It does not follow the principle of incorporation, but of uniqueness.

I think it is very clear that the website definitely did not mention a 4% additional prize fund deduction.

In the only tournament where anyone half decent would fold KK preflop (ok, not quite true) you got dealt AA, had already pre-decided to play it the way an uber-awful player would play it, acted like a uber-awful player at the same time to make it look more like AA, and got your opponent to open fold KK, taking the minimum possible.

I really respect your game keith, but not sure I understand the reasoning behind this one. Surely to anyone without any pre-knowledge of your game it is a relatively simple sigh-fold everytime?

Wow, this is either very brave or very very misguided. After 4-5 days of no sleep you would most likely be suffering from psychosis. I just can't see it being physically possible, assuming you aren't going to be using any psychostimulants (amphetamines, etc)

How long did flushy do a few years ago, was it 48 hours? And at the end he was seeing random objects where cards should have been.

I suggest you go on pubmed.com and read up on sleep deprivation. This is not a scientific source, but when David Blaine did his sleep deprivation thing he said "After 36 hours of sleep deprivation it's like being drunk, 72 hours and paranoia sets in, Day Four the mind goes into hallucinations and you're dreaming while awake."

so..
1) Don't do it - there is probably some not-insignificant risk of long term brain damage.
2) If you do it, let me know so I can lump some money on.
