5% please

10% please, Tom, & welcome back!

Stu is on the Show soon, he wrote today & confirmed, be cool to get you on, too.

Send me Bank Details please, & I'll tx immediately, or I'll pay you at Luton, I'll be there the back end of the week.

Thanks both, booked!

And cheers Tony, looking forward to getting back into it properly Smiley That sounds great, just pay me at Luton if that is easier - I will send you both bank details  anyway, so whichever you prefer.

Look forward to seeing you there anyway for a catch up.

Hey guys, as the title suggests, I'm looking for staking for events at GUKPT Luton.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Tom Rutter. See record below:

Full Tilt OPR record:
http://www.officialpokerrankings.com/fulltiltpoker/NumptyDumpty23/poker/statistics/FD447A18ADDF4B1AB2118C6CE9C525BD.html?t=8

Live Track Record - http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=67235

Sharkscope:
Username                           Games Played   Av. Stake     Av. ROI     Total Profit
NumptyDumpty23 (Full Tilt)         1,616            $84       13%     $21,624

 - I also have a username on PokerEncore (used since FTP shut down) but can't remember the username - will add it on when I get back home to my computer in a couple of days

The Tourneys:

Tuesday 16/8 - £530 (2-day) NLHE
Wednesday 17/8 - £265 (1-day) PLO
Thursday 18/8 - £220 NLHE (1-day) 6-handed
Friday 19/8 - £1070 Main Event
Saturday 20/8 - £275 (2-day)

GUKPT main events are now stronger than they used to be, but there is still plenty of value in the fields, and I believe the field earlier in the week is extremely high. The gamble on the part of the investors is that I have not played much live poker since WSOP 2010, as I have been completing my university studies. However, I have kept playing over the last year, more online than live, and have felt sharp when I have played recently.

If I go deep in one event and so can not play the next event on the list I will refund investment (hopefully with winnings!) at the end of the week.

Offer:
Planning to sell 60% of myself as a package for all events at 1.25 for the package

Total cost of buyins = £2360
Total value at 1.25 = £2950

2.5% = £73.75
5% = £147.50
10% = £295

Let me know if you are interested. I would prefer money by bank transfer if possible, but am happy to negotiate this.

Thanks for reading,

Tom

i fold. jam ~28k or less
96  Poker Forums / Poker Hand Analysis / Re: $5/$10 hows my line on: July 12, 2011, 11:28:33 PM
I check behind on the flop for pot control.

If you bet-call the flop, just check behind on the turn and call the river, assuming non diamond. If diamond/ace - have a re-think.

As played.. definite fold, though obviously sometimes you are ahead.

I think the AQ is fine, antes do make a difference if it makes our stack less than 12bbs adjusted then go ahead and jam it. If villain is comptent then he really shouldn't 3betting anything we beat as our range should be tight and we should be rarely raise/folding. Opening all pairs is a leak here, unless the table is very passive imo.

The JJ looks real close to me, I think qq and 1010 are pretty clear. Not going to be a big mistake either way long term.

exactly this (think i just about fold the JJ, but depends completely on gut at the time)

Hope no one lost anything that will be too painful!

Crappppppppp. I haven't played any poker in a while, especially online, so haven't been aware of what was happening til I just tried to log on to tilt. Assuming I will just have to write it off.. shame it's the only site I was keeping money on.

really surprised by this.

I would never call pre without any extra info.

and I would value bet the river fairly small, maybe ~7k, folding to any raise

Gone. Someone limped QQ, flopped a set, and snapped off my re-re-shove with a 9-high flush draw. Oops.

Gl all
