Thanks folks. I have only broken the law once in my life Graham. When I was 6 I helped myself to a jelly bean in Fine Fare. Nobody bothered to tell me that the sweets display wasn't there as a buffet for kids, I assumed everyone just helped themselves when they went in. It was my favorite shop until I was six, after that it lost its appeal. Downloading illegally is wrong, I only want to find out for research purposes

I would like to point out I don't download illegally and don't condone or encourage any unlawful activity . I am sure everyone on blonde feels exactly the same way and would never steal in this way either. Laws are there to be abided by.
That being said, out of curiosity does anyone know if BTGuard delivers what is promised and allows a person to download without detection and risk of being identified as an illegal downloader.
Surely a tool for £7 can't allow a person to be anonymous against the might of companies such as Sony, Disney or Warner Bros.
Thanks

Yea, I agree about trying to cook something new and different. I went through a phase of eating takeaway most nights for about 6 months. After a while I began to hate takeaway and also my energy was down. Healthy quick food is fun to cook and makes you feel great about yourself. I like homemade soups as they are very difficult to get wrong. You can experiment and throw everything in there. I tend to stick to three main ingredients rather than going overboard. Even a simple veg soup can have too many ingredients. Topped off with some garlic croutons and brown bread and you have a lovely cheap meal for the coming winter.

I recently bought an ipod nano. After transfering most of my cd and downloads collection into itunes, I can't seem to find a way to uncheck all the songs listed. When I go to sync, it syncs everything.
Is there a way to uncheck all the songs?
many thanks

I want to believe in the fairytale a while longer before I am ready to admit he is a drug cheat. The fact he isn't fighting to clear his name is cause for concern, there is clearly something he doesn't want getting out in the public domain. That may be the fact he is a drug cheat or it could be something else.

I am obviously a supporter of Armstrong, lol. However I find it strange that he would give up his fight so easily. It is not in his nature to give up, so why would he do it now. He beat cancer and won 7 tours, both I would imagine are a far tougher opponent than his latest court proceedings. He has mentioned the effect the case is having on his family. Perhaps he is being truthful when he said he is just tired of fighting to clear his name.
It is a sad day for sport, his legacy is tainted now with the words "drug cheat".

Taken from the BBC sport site
Armstrong has disputed that USADA has the power to take away his titles. "USADA lacks jurisdiction even to bring these charges," his statement said.
The cycling governing body the International Cycling Union (UCI) - which had backed Armstrong's attempt to challenge USADA's authority - has so far made no public comments on the latest developments
I hope he is correct, as an Armstrong fan I would hate to see him stripped of his titles

I have never been a Cav fan. He strikes me as an arrogant prima donna . Even if he says he is going after the Olympics rather than the green in the Tour, I don't think he is the type of person not to fight for the green. I may be wrong, but behind closed doors he will be demanding full support from Sky for his efforts. I have my mind made up about him, so I might be being unfair to the guy, lol.
